Ruby's is one of my favorite stores to buy my dresses from! My husband and I have bought several dresses, with shoes and purse to match from Ruby's ! They are beautiful!!! Ruby's have and has very beautiful dresses purses, suits' jewelry and everything to match!!!! I have also purchased other several beautiful items on my own because Ruby's is an outstanding, beautiful, unique store!!!! I love Ruby's and we are still purchasing several items from Ruby's!!!! The atmosphere is very outstanding and relaxing!!!! I will surly recommend Ruby's to everyone and anyone BECAUSE, WE ARE ALWAYS SATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!!! BECAUSE WE LOVE RUBY'S!!!!

My 1st order arrived today and I was absolutely over the moon with the quality of the items!
I was having an item personalised so I was informed the order make take slightly longer and due to the current situation with covid I was expecting the postage to be longer anyway! Was kept updated and given a tracking number.

Will definitely order more...

This company Ruby hana stole my money I placed an order last year only part of the items arrived. They were disgusting quality I threw them away. Ever since I have been trying to recoup my money no joy. I keep receiving emails telling me Oh your refund is on the way still no refund.. DO NOT BUY ftom this FAKE rubbish thieving people. I will be taking legal action against then and keep runbishing them. How can they get away with upsetting so many people? Do NOT buy anything from CHINA.

Honest company and good people running it. I previously had a bad review I intended to write for a Chinese company called JoJo Ruby's and accidentally wrote it for Ruby's Fashions. My apologies!

Good price on website. Ordered. After purchase told item out of stock. Guess price was too good to be true.

My last purchased was one of the worse type of material ever. I was very unhappy with the fabric. I couldn't wear the dress, I had to reorder a second dresses, was very dissappointed. I think if I am not happy with my purchase, I should be able to return and exchange for something else. I don't know if I will ever buy another dress from you.

Daughter had her heart set on a particular dress and only one place in AZ carried it and that was over two hours away. We were willing to make the drive so that she could have the experience of trying it on and making sure she loved it but they were charging more than the list price, plus shipping, so we took to the internet. Ruby’s site came up with free shipping and a beautiful bonus necklace. Could not go wrong with Ruby’s. The size guide was right on and the dress fits like it was made for her.

Found a dress I really liked at Ruby's. Was pleased with the delivery and the dress was exactly as pictured.

The product was good but their customer service could use some work. It was difficult to get in touch with them and then difficult to get them to return phone calls and emails. Your status by text was very frustrating it kept telling me my order was canceled I didn't like that experience at all.

I ordered a dress and later got message it was out of stock even though I was able to place the order. However, the company quickly processed the cancellation but I would rather know it was out of stock before that.

The dress came perfect! I'm very happy with it.

So helpful! And big shout out to them! We were in Prom dress crisis mode and couldn’t find “the” dress in stock anywhere. Found it online at Ruby’s, called them and they assured us it would be to us in time. It actually got to us early!!! Great customer service and dress was beautiful!
