Reasonable price much cheaper than I could by from stores like B&Q and was delivered to my home free postage.
I have bought this product before from DIY stores and paid more for the same Decking Oil.

Our order did not arrive despite having a message saying it had been delivered.

Fantastic service.
First delivery I got one of the paint containers had leaked considerably i had to dispose of it. Emailed customer services. They arranged for a replacement which came within days.
Other good things, websites, is easy to use and have many paint options. I wanted a specific paint but had a nosey around and good prices. Just remember to take into account delivery charges when working out overall cost of paint.

No issues at all... I was a bit cautious due to previous reviews on here but Iordered 2 tins of paint, received them a few days later, kept updated on order/delivery status every step of the way.

Ordered paint in April this year, it arrived and was in my garage till May, when the box was opened 2 tins had been damaged in Transit, point was all over the place, contacted the Company not resolved,
Shocking Customer Service, have been advised to seek legal representation. I see that other customers have had problems. Avoid this company also known as Status at all costs

FIRSTLY THIS COMPANY IS USING INCORRECT INFORMATION SUGGESTING THEY HAVE A GOOD TRUSTPILOT SCORING ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY DO NOT. IF YOU LOOK ON TRUSTPILOT THERE IS A WARNING ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
BOUGHT PAINT FROM THESE IT ARRIVED BROKEN PAINT OOZING OUT OF THE CAN ALL OVER THE PLACE. SENT PHOTOS TOLD ME TO PUT IT IN A PLASTIC BAG TAPE IT AND SEND IT BACK. THEN THEY WOULD THEN AND ONLY THEN REFUND ME. THEY KNOW NO COURIER WILL CARRY PAINT LET ALONE A BROKEN TIN IN A PLASTIC BAG. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAQUE THEY MAY APPEAR TO BE CHEAP BUT IT WORKS OUT VERY COSTLY IN THE END!

Ordered over a week ago and still can't get details of shipping after four phone calls and 2 emails. Tried to raise a complaint and they have no process for this. i will not use them again.

Terrible service - paint pots received were badly dented and leaking paint. The quality of the decking paint was the worst I've ever had and ruined the finish of my decking. The company took no responsibility for this whatsoever and fobbed my off by asking me to contract Ronseal.
