Do you order from this website. Absolutely ridiculous , unprofessional, and shocking customer service. I ordered 3 door handles on the 5th of February. It is now a few days from May and I still have not received my order. After multiple emails to them I have to wait a long time for a single response, where they reassure me that they are “prioritising” my order and it will arrive as soon as possible. When I am still waiting I have no real tracking information as all it says is “order in production”
If you want to waste your time and money then order from here.

It is a disappointing experience overall as I ordered three door numbers on 27th January 2025 but still have not received it as of today. I have been reassured multiple times that the products are in progress and prioritized but still nothing happened. Do not buy from this shop as it is completely ridiculous to spend 4 months waiting for 3 door numbers.

I purchased a pair of bedside lamps on December 6, 2024. As of today, April 24, 2025, I have only received one of them. I send them an email every week and they don't give me a solution. They refuse to give me my money back. I ask them to take the lamp they brought me because without the other one it is of no use to me and they refuse. They neither give me a solution nor give me the missing lamp. It's an absurd dialogue that takes me nowhere. I feel terribly cheated and unable to resolve this situation.

Don't be fooled by the very beautiful website for shopmeraki, the .com site becomes a .co site which should have been the first red flag...ordered door handles 11 weeks ago on Feb 2nd and every time I chase I get a chatbot response (from either Fin, Cherry or Luven) 'a recent system upgrade temporarily impacted operations but we're working to resolve the issue' and 'having issues with the dispatch due to a technical outage'. I am now in the process of cancelling and don't expect to get a response. I see every 5 star review for this company looks remarkably well constructed (AI?) which has only confirmed my suspicions about this website. Kicking myself for not checking further before I purchased... Nothing has arrived. Money taken. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Months after placing an order, it still isn't delivered. The lead time was ridiculously long anyway, and even with that it should have been deliverd 3 weeks ago. Meraki won't respond to any online chat or emails. I have ordered from them before and had to make a complaint then too, I thought it was a one-off.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Placed an order mid February, after number of weeks with no delivery in sight, contacted to chase up. Told 6 weeks delivery or pay extra to expedite. Misleading lead times on the website.
3weeks after the ‘6 weeks’ for alleged production, contacted again. Said I want to cancel. Offered store credit, which I don’t want. Will be contacting the bank and consumer protection services.

Absolutely horrendous company to work with, ordered lights from this company 4 months ago and they still haven't arrived, customer service absolutely shocking...don't use this company

Made to look like uk made not !!they have postal address London it’s CHINESE rubbish at proper prices £600 lost on order no communication only robot answers same email response saying in production 4 months nothing arrived once challenged they banned me from instagram and Fb so not order from this company I have reported to bank and uk online fraud hard lesson learnt

My product hasn't been delivered in 5 months. I contacted customer service several time about the delay but they didn't really. Then I requested cancellation of my purchase. I was informed the money will refund in 30 business days. After waiting for the product I bought 5 months, now waiting for 30 business days to get my money back.

After paying for priority shipping which should arrive in 8-15 business days it is now nearly 40 days later and the items are still supposedly in production with know known delivery date in site. Do not use customer service is poor. If I could cancel I would.

This so called business is a scam. I think it's a very modern and attractive website front to take your money and try to never give you a product. I dont mean that figuratively - I mean literally. I ordered some products mid Jan and it took three months to finally arrive after I sent many many emails. I paid for priority production as they tell you that each piece is being hand made in the studio and this is obviously a fabrication as nothing is being produced - when the product finally arrived they looked like some cheap laser cutter had made them and the rest looked like I could have bought them for cheap off of amazon. I think this is some company in china representing themselves as some top notch British company. I demanded my priority production fee back and they agreed. It went into my pay pal but sat there as pending for weeks until I threatened to go on every social media portal including tin Tok to expose this scam and within hours the money in pay pal had cleared. These peel are scammers and gansters. I think they would never have sent me a product if I hadn't harassed and threatened to expose them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Same problems as other reviewers. Some items never arrived, customer services unhelpful. Cannot order replacement parts on their website, you need to have a conversation with an agent which takes a week because they only reply once per day. High charges for replacement items. Shipping takes much longer than advertised. Will not use again.

Would avoid this company at all costs and shop elsewhere. Have been waiting weeks for my shipment (made 5 months ago), and I all I got was “it will be shipped within the next week etc etc”… But nothing. Have asked for a refund. Awful service

Do not order from these, they will not fulfil your order (in time or ever) and then refuse to pay you back. At best it's really poor operations, at worst it's a shame website.

Myself and my husband cancelled our order quite soon after purchasing and before it went into production (after reading the or reviews here) and in they're terms and conditions we are due the refund BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING IT

I have to add a one star review (of course, zero if it were allowed). Same as everyone else - way too long to deliver (literally months and months), zero customer service, other than a bot and an odd reply to make you think they care (they DON'T) with no chance of a refund, in spite of disregarding the distance selling laws.

Really poor quality items when they do arrive - certainly not what I was led to believe for the price I paid. Go elsewhere - somewhere with good reviews (in retrospect I should have practiced what I am now preaching - but you can learn from my mistake).

Following up with Visa through my bank will take more time than it's worth for me, unfortunately. A waste of money as I had to buy alternatives as delivery took too long.

Do me a favour - don't use this company.

Scammers, GARBAGE QUALITY using a top notch competitors' weblink on TRUSTPILOT to mislead customers. DO NOT SHOPMERAKI...!!!!!! Disgusting and defamation of competitors!!!

This website is a scam, I placed an order over two months ago and nothing was delivered and they are ignoring my refund requests. Avoid

I fell for the Instagram advertising, but I regret it. The product is not UK-made as implied; it’s manufactured in China, and the delivery time is far longer than what the company promises. For the high price, the quality is disappointing, and I’m still waiting for my package to arrive. To make matters worse, customer service is unhelpful—they only send automated responses and show no genuine care for their customers. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
Update 03/2025: order never arrived, I filed an official complaint with the police. They’re scam!
