Excellent service. Door designed to the space of our front Porche is of excellent quality. Filters did a very good job too. Very friendly service from every one we dealt with.

Sherbone windows are a really superb company. They have fitted a window with a support beam for us in the past and recently they just completed our beautiful conservatory. Highly professional friendly and timely. They attended to our every concern. On site their teams were always on time, super organised and took huge pride in their work from laying foundations to beautiful brick work, lead work over a really complicated join to our house and electrical work. I don’t think we have come across people who cared so much about getting everything right at every stage from start to finish. Definitely we will be using them again.

Our old conservatory was not used & was very hot in the summer & cold in the winter, so we decided to have this removed & an orangery in its place, with a blue glass edwardian roof. What a great decision this was & Sherbourne helped us all the way! I cannot fault them & all the tradesman that Sherbourne have that helped accomplish this build. All professional & so tidy all of the tradesman. We would recomend this company to do a new build if you are looking for quality & a great job that they would do too!

Sherborne replaced fourteen windows for me.
The whole process was extremely painless. Sales were pleasant and informative and guided me through all the options available.
Survey was meticulous, detailed and reassuring in that it pointed out details that I would never have considered.
Installation was delayed due to material shortages but I was kept informed throughout.
The team who performed the installation were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. Incredible work ethic and impeccable workmanship.
Grand total of one snagging issue which was acknowledged immediately and fixed quickly and pleasantly.

Sherborne replaced the gazing and roof to our old conservatory. They understood our design requirements and were competitive in their pricing. At all stages they were very professional and helpful and we were impressed with their approach to the project. In particular the installation team were excellent and we were very pleased with their work and impressed when, at their initiative, they suggested a change of an element so that it was it more keeping with the overall colour scheme - at no extra cost. We were also surprised by the final cleaning process. We are delighted with the quality of the finished conservatory and would not hesitate to recommend Sherbourne.

Remember the days in the pre-digital age where you picked up the phone, rang a company, spoke to a real person who then sorted your problem efficiently? Then the robots took over, you have to navigate menus and sub menus, wait for 40 minutes then get cut off or passed onto someone else who was totally disinterested.

Rang today, spoke to the friendly Jackie and she said she would get in contact with the engineer to sort a door mechanism problem.
Despite me giving the wrong landline number (duh), the engineer turned up very quickly from some distance away and cheerfully sorted out the problem with the locking mechanism.
Great door, superb service.

Installed a composite replacement door. Sherborne were very helpful during lockdowns, and the whole procedure took a bit longer. But the process of choosing the design and having it installed was straightforward. We have dealt with Sherborne before and found them an excellent company.

Sherborne installed several large replacement double glazed windows, most timber and one PVC, in our home. It is a characterful 1920s house in a Conservation Area that lists it as a "notable building with positive streetscape value". In addition, inside, we wanted to preserve the original decorative timber architraves. A high level of product quality, care and skill was therefore required and Sherborne provided it. They were excellent from start to finish in every respect: window quality, pre-order advice, showroom, surveying, installation, punctuality for visits and installation dates and friendly, responsive staff.

We had a replacement roof fitted to our conservatory by Tim and Steve. We are very happy with the standard of workmanship and attention to detail. They had some design issues during the installation which they successfully overcame with the help of other Sherborne staff. Due to these issues the installation took longer than anticipated but for the standard of the completed work we have no issue with that.

We used Sherborne Windows over the course of two years to replace some 26 windows and a door in our very old Victorian house. It was quite a decision for us to chose an installer due to the cost and number of windows, and the matching of existing (original windows). I cannot speak highly enough of Sherborne. From start to finish they were excellent. The windows were fitted with minimal damage or mess. The team were prompt, courteous and efficient. We would definitely recommend Sherborne to anyone considering a window or door installation.

We needed to replace south facing wooden doors with ones more sturdy, resistant to weather and wind, and with more glass. Our design was evaluated by 3 suppliers who quoted between 16K and 19K, and Sherbourne was the highest.
The pre-sale exercise with Sherbourne was friendly and professional, and even with lock down we were able to visit their showroom to see the quality being proposed. That was an impressive visit so we placed the order. Then, their technical team revisited us to take detailed measurements etc., get the deposit, and place the order on their German supplier.
Even through the hassles of Covid supply chains, Sherbourne stuck to their original schedule and delivered/installed the 2 sets of folding doors + one single door in 2 days, including total reimplementation of all surrounding build works such as the threshold. The installation work was terrific and to a standard which would be hard to match.
The 3 sets of doors have totally transformed our ground floor - opening out to the garden and letting more light in - coupled with very precise engineering of the doors' mechanisms.
An outstanding job well worth the extra cost.

From the first telephone call we had great serivce. It was great to have someeone come to the house and go through all the options. once that was done and made our decision on what we wanted we went to the showroom and confirmed the details. Next someone came to the house and took all the measurements and confirmed what we wanted. The fitters arrived and put everything in place and fitted the door and surround then gave everything a good clean. The office staff were also very helpful. Thank you.

A very slick and professional experience from start to finish. Plenty of choice In Showroom together with helpful advice and explanations. Series of detailed emails explaining procedure and stages of progess plus invoicing and payments to make.
The new door is of high quality, delivered when expected and fitted by a courteous and professional team.

It was a long wait (5 months) due to CV19 and supply issues but well worth it. Our new timber front door has surpassed our expectations as it is a beautiful feature to our house.
Alex and his apprentice Liam grafted for a full working day to install the new frame and door. There were a few technical issues due to the previous door's fitting including having to shave 10mm or so from the interior walls but Alex overcame any issues with a professional zeal.
His attention to detail whether it be the caulking and sealing or fitting the door furniture was second to none.
Liam made from scratch a new piece of shaped timber to insert above the door, again, first class.
Alex consulted on every detail to make sure we were satisfied. He obviously takes a pride in his workmanship as evidenced by him and Liam taking photos of the finished work.
Yes, it's more expensive than a composite door and maybe some companies offerings but the quality speaks for itself. An excellent company to deal with from Jamie at the Hartley Witney showroom, the quotation process, the communications and installation.

An incredible job the guys at Sherborne Windows have done. Complete replacement of cottage windows in the solid wood. We are absolutely thrilled with the windows and have had so many compliments re the quality and how 'in keeping' with the cottage they are. We are delighted! When the windows were installed, I honestly expected to return from work to a building site and yet I was hard pushed to tell they had even been here! Not a trace of dust, mess or anything to clear up …. just amazing!
Their follow up service is fantastic as well. As always, on any job, there is always the odd niggle that doesn’t always go to plan and yet the team dealt with tiny amount of that efficiently and effectively. They are such nice guys to have working here as well. Polite yet fun! Totally impressed with Sherborne Windows as a company and will be using them again when the rear extension goes up. We will also be highly recommending them to EVERYONE we know!! At last, a company whose product quality matches the service! Worth every single penny.
