From start to finish we have been delighted with the work carried out to our home. From the design process, to foundations, to the final clean, every individual has been curtious, hardworking and professional. Every query was answered promptly by email and any issues dealt with quickly. The Evolution Windows look wonderful and the Livinroom roof is a clever concept. The result is a stunning, light-filled addition to our home. We cannot recommend Sherborne enough. The team is fantastic, the quality of the work is of a high standard and we have additional space at our property which we are very proud of and enables us to enjoy our garden even on the coldest of days. Professional build project and great team of people. Despite problems along the way they were always rectified and the customer service was second to none. I could not fault Sherborne for their customer service throughout the project. Paid careful attention to all my specific requirements and delivered the design and style that I wanted at a reasonable and fair price. All staff were attentive and listened to what I wanted. The final product cannot be faulted.

I was impressed by the amount of information made available to us prior tp the installation, and we were kept up to date with the progress of manufacture, The technicians who came to install the window were prompt, courteous and efficient and they left a clean and tidy workspace..Sherborne offer a top class service.

I had several quotations on the replacement of my doors and windows and after careful consideration decided that Sherborne were the company I should instruct. From the moment I made that decision I couldn't have been happier, they were courteous, efficient and conscientious from the outset.
The product is second to none and the customer service is exceptional, the fitters turned up when they said they would and went way above the normal customer service expectations, even working on the weekend to complete some tasks that were above and beyond the original brief. We were fortunate enough to be looked after by Jamie who could not have been more efficient, please take my word for it, if you are considering having windows,doors,conservatories or anything related to the services Sherborne offer done and you want a company who care about the finished product and customer service don't hesitate to instruct them. Excellent company - workmanship of high standard and very happy with final result

We have used Sherborne for many years and always received 100 per cent satisfaction. We have just had a new conservatory fitted, on the first morning Steve and Lee turned up on time and started to take the old one down. On day two they started to dig up the old base and lay a new one they also did the brick wall over the next few days (very clean and tidy workers). The next men did the framework and glass in two days (even worked in the rain to stay on time). Next came the electrician who ran in all the cables. Then came the plasterer to plaster the wall (very clean). Then the floor layer again very clean. Last of all was the floor tiler who like the rest did an excellent job. I would recommend Sherborne to anybody. I would just like to say to Chris, Andy and Nick your staff are a credit to your company. Thank you for such a good job.

Very happy with our new windows and roof lantern. Products great and staff and installation team very professional.

The Windows and the fitting were very good, no complaints whatsoever. However, I found the accounts department at Sherborne confusing and difficult to use. I may well be a little dim, but I could not understand their invoices at any point and needed to telephone to confirm if I had paid enough or not. To this day I still find it all very confusing. Sherborne will not see this because they know what is going on, then the world will.... Not true, however, I will repeat , the Windows and the fitting were spot on.

The whole process from sales to final sign-off was stress-free and we are extremely happy with the result. The scheduled work was always carried out when stated, all the workers always arrived on time and left having cleared up behind them. They were all polite and kept us informed as to what they were working on. If there were to be any delays, we were informed in plenty of time. The final clean-up team were also great. This has probably been our biggest project/expense to date on our house, so we were cautious when trying to find the right people for the project. We are glad we chose Sherborne, especially when design and planning matter.

We received a very quick and friendly service. The door was fitted to a good standard and the fitters tidied up nicely as well!!

Having moved into a beautiful old house the major weakness was the state of a worn out conservatory. The previous owner had planning permission for an orangery which looked rather dull. Claire Portman came out on site and gave me some first-rate advice on ways forward. A visit to the showroom proved really useful in sparking off ideas.

From inside the new soffits house a bank of discreet down lights which gives every impression of the room being an orangery. From the outside the building has every aspect of a conservatory but with additional sympathetic styling of brick and local stone to respect the design of the house. For me it is a win-win situation in that I now have both a stunning conservatory and orangery.

The installation team were highly professional and a pleasure to have on site; the follow-up quality control visit was just one aspect of a very professional approach to the whole installation.

Excellent service and product

We have used this company a number of times over the past few years whilst updating our Edwardian house. The company has an excellent pre-order process that helps to select the right product for your house. The products themselves are of superb quality.

The main strength of this company are it's personnel. From the sales and office staff to the various fitting teams and builders, we have found them to be very professional. Every job we have had done with Sherbourne has been planned and executed to a very high standard.

This company and it's staff - work - not much more can be aid than that. If you want a good job done - hire them.
