I purchased a rollator three years ago! It’s fabulous; gentleman in the store really listened to my needs and requirements.
I’ve loved it to death! I mean really rocky terranes, cobble stones, sand. 10 flights in the hold, taxi rides, etc! It does still work!
Just treated myself to a new one online. Again fabulous help and service!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a replacement battery for my mobility scooter, which originally I bought from them and I said to include fitting, paid £120 and when collecting told that I did not pay for fitting, that it will be £40. After hearing the recording I can see that the fitting was not included. Now that we have the batteries, I checked online for exactly the SAME BRAND 2 pieces batteries for £41.99 and to fit them it takes five minutes following a YouTube video. What a rip off for me, good for the business if he can put almost a 200% mark up. But most importantly is the fact that I sent my brother to collect the batteries as we needed to take the old one to have the new batteries fitted as it is too heavy for me to carry, he went on my behalf. When he told the shop owner that he was going to get me on the phone to speak directly to him as I was the one who made the purchase over the phone, the shop owner said to wait because he was going to record the conversation.... how ridiculous. He records all conversations with customer without letting you know, very strange. When I told my brother to get the batteries and leave that it was not need, that we will fit them ourselves, Amol, as I now know from his emails is his name, took the new battery box, put it between his feet holding tight and started raising his voice to my brother, shouting and saying 'I knew she will cause trouble!' my brother told him calmly that there was not need to shout, not to raise his voice that it was ok, that he will get the batteries that were paid for in full and leave. Amol continue in a tirade and my brother had to go down and remove the box, literally, from in between his feet and he left the shop. Yesterday I have to blocked Amol's telephone number because he called me repeatedly, on the first call, he started talking without introducing himself and I told him I was not interested and hung up. He kept calling back, and calling and calling, I lost count but what seems like after a dozen of phone calls, I blocked his number. He sent two emails.
This morning we just fitted the batteries ourselves after watching a video from Youtube.
I bought these batteries because my existing ones are malfunctioning and I am going into hospital in four days and I need the scooter but my scooter is quite old and it has become too heavy for me so I am looking for a new lighter model, I certainly will not be going to Sheen Mobility to spend my money ever again!

Having cleared space in my cluttered lock up, I went back to see Amol at Sheen Mobility to check out, test ride and ultimately purchase the Pride Baja Bandit. There are many good YouTube videos available, but in my view they don't really do this scooter justice. The research and development that has gone into the machine is incredible. It is well designed, comfortable and powerful. With front and rear suspension plus a really sumptuous seat, which has its own independent post suspension and with pneumatic tyres, the scooter is a joy to ride. Indeed, to the extent that I want to ride out with it whenever I can and am now visiting places that I haven’t been to for a very long time.

The headlight on the Bandit is superb and the winters short days and early nightfall are no longer a problem.

The Baja Bandit has an added benefit in that although it is relatively heavy, it is made to be easily disassembled for transportation.

I bought a Monarch Autofold from Amol earlier last year, which again is a great machine, but fills a different role in that it automatically folds at the press of a button, is very light and easily lifted by somebody in his late 80s,for loading and storing in the car boot.

Sheen Mobility has a tremendous stock of all products relating to Mobility issues, a real jem of a shop. Thanks Amol.

Amol Rajmane has been simply superb in finding me the correct powered wheelchair for my needs. He is thoroughly patient and understanding. I cannot recommend his company highly enough!
