I groom my own pets and I love these products. Great customer service too. My last review was blocked for some reason but hey!

I’ve been a dog groomer for 12 years now and have gone through many tools, until I found Sharperedges! I’ve now only been using Sharperedge scissors, blades and other tools from them for many years now and they never disappoint. Suuuuper sharp straight out the packet (many others I’ve used are blunt out the packet and have had to be sent back). Their sharpening is second to none and the only sharpener I trust fully with everything I have.
They also have a brilliant warranty on their products which also gives you that peace of mind when buying from them. Customer service is absolutely brilliant and they are always very open, honest, reliable and give sound advice.
I will forever be a loyal customer to Sharperedges and continue to add to my Sharperedges collection.

Really disappointing experience have used this company for all my sharpening and brought all my scissors from them since I started up. Emailed for advice as I had sent my sissors for sharpening and am off on maternity so havent used them when I checked them they had a cracked at the top not sure how it happened if damaged in postage so emailed for advice on this and how the warranty worked . Recieved no response after my first email so followed up and recieved a email back saying they had responded on the 24th which they hadn't that was to my previous email and basically saying I had damaged them so nothing could be done. Since they have not responded to me. No customer service at all and I have spent alot of money over the years with them on scissors and sharpening so I thought may at least try and be a bit more helpful.

i am reposting. this exact post was taken down for some reason ? i want to give my thankyou to sharperedges. i received my freshly sharpened scissors and blades back from sharperedges plus a new pair of fluffers. everything looks and feels like new. over the moon thankyou for the quick service. Will definitely recommend.

Bought scissors 4 months ago wouldn’t cut anything when received. Send back are beyond repair which seems funny. Cheap metal being used. Wouldn’t recommend this company. When spoke to him today and ask why they are beyond repair. My sharper who I have used for 15 years has left them with no teeth. Which is rubbish as I have just received my scissors with teeth. When questioning him today about my scissors the phone went dead. Don’t waste your money on these scissors. And the customer service is disgusting.

A fabulous company! Bought some of his combs for my little doggy and it did a great job taking care of his coat. Customer service has always been on point, very friendly, amicable and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Thank you for sorting my blades and scissors out again Ian! I've been using sharper edges scissors for possibility 7/8 years now and LOVE them! Considering I have a drawer full of stupidly expensive scissors (what groomer doesn't have a vast collection as fter this long in the industry!) Ian's scissors range has always been my 'go too' while my crazy expensive sets- remain in the drawer - not because I darent use them- more because Ian's scissors are so effortless and just perfectly reliable every time. Considering groomers work in very humid environments - I keep them clean, dry and oiled and place silica gel sachets where all steel blades are stored! Not sure what mission the 1* reviewer is on but if the scissors have rusted after only 3 months- they haven't been looking after them properly because mine are still as good as they were 8 years ago. I'd highly recommend sharper edges blades, sharpening services, clipper servicing and repairs and their incredible scissor range . Perfect and professional and affordable every time🌝

just tried to get a repair on scissors purchased from this company looked at ,
First shock, there is no customer service contact, just poor a.i chat,
Second shock, when you buy an expensive tool you don’t expect it to drop apart after a few times,
Third shock, the response from the company was shockingly bad.

Scissors are absolutely stunning! Lightweight and really level up your grooms😍 but above all the customer service and help provided by sharperedges is second to none!! 5⭐️’s all round, wouldn’t get my scissors anywhere else!

Great service, turn around is quick and quick responses. Ian was so helpful when one of my scissors was damaged by another sharpener, explained everything to me and did all he could to ensure I wasn’t without a working scissor. I’ve bought a number of scissors from Ian now and they all cut like butter. Thanks again.

Amazing service. I ordered two pairs of scissors and one pair didn't feel quite right, like they were catching so I returned them and they we sent back out super fast. To be honest, I didn't even know they'd arrived with them, let along be fixed and returned. They feel amazing. The curved scissors I bought have made a huge difference to my grooms already and I can't wait to use the fluffers. Really impressive service . Polite and thorough!
