Slow delivery time
This is the 2nd time I've ordered from here and both times I've had shipping delays. This time, part of my shipment didn't get shipped. When I asked, I was told it shipped on 5/23. When I finally got the package, it showed a packing slip with a ship date of 5/26. My order was originally placed on 5/12. This resulted in my customers having to wait due to the lengthy delays. Prices are great, but if you are in a rush, go elsewhere.

Bought a King quilter elite. received it. I had irrgular stritches and I talked to a rep and did not receive the help I needed. I sent the machine back for service, it came back to me unresolved. I keep trying to call and they do not return my calls. I would not even give them a 1 rating!

Reading this review is difficult because what you described in those early weeks — irregular stitches, an unresolved service return, and unreturned calls — fell completely short of the standard our family has held for over 50 years in this industry.
