SES business water told me 3 times over…
SES business water told me 3 times over the phone on separate occasions that they would remove an incorrect reading from 2024 (estimated and inflated) so my billing would be correct going forward. Each time they confirmed this would be done. In the meantime my other supplier, castle water cannot bill me correctly as the reading still stands as they STILL have not removed it.

I was hoping to talk to Breyton Hendricks but he was unavailable so I asked Ethan Heuvel to assist me. The issues were both complex and sensitive and Ethan dealt with them quietly and efficiently, providing advice and options to help resolve issues and seeking advice himself when the need arose.
