Great honest and trustworthy service. At a time when I thought I had lost almost the entire value from a car that in working order was worth around £9k. It had a major engine issue and they gave me a better offer than anyone else by a long way, and left it open for 21 days and no pressure from them at all to take their offer. I was waiting for the catch and there wasn't one. Once I agreed to sell the car to them, the money was in my bank the same day, before having the car picked up the following week. In an area of the industry where I can imagine theres a lot of people who would take advantage of you in a situation like this, they seem to standout as different

What a refreshingly great experience selling a car. Entered the details last night, got an offer in the morning, which I thought was fair, had a similar but very slightly lower offer from another company so seemed a reasonable valuation. Accepted the offer and they guided me through the process, using emails and phone calls. The whole process was very simple and efficient, just took a photo of the car and the v5c, the collection company called and arranged to collect the car and before the end of the day I had another phone call confirming everything was sorted out and payment would be made soon, which it was, they even contacted the DVLA to transfer ownership and let me know I could cancel my insurance. No haggling, no hard sell, all calls were respectful and very supportive explaining what would happen next.

What I'm also pleased about, my car will be repaired and sold on so someone else will benefit from a car we've enjoyed driving.

Very happy with this company, everything was simple to organise and no hassle, the man I spoke to was lovely and friendly and explained everything, I had the option to use email, WhatsApp or message which made things easier when sending photos etc , also paid straight away upfront the money that was offered in the quote.

Would recommend! My engine needed replacing and the cost was more than the car value. Scrap valuation was £200 however, sell your problem car offered much more. Collected the vehicle with no added/ hidden costs. Lovely to deal with and always prompt to answer any queries!
