I sold my property back in April 24 through Ben after experiencing his honest and straight approach previously, when buying the same property. After my partner had died, I wanted someone who I could trust, having dealt with Ben I went through him. We chose to sell our house through Osborn Frankling Estate Agents in Steyning after a bad experience with one of the local corporate agents who overvalued our house and promised us the earth.
Ben was honest and open from the start and throughout our sale kept us regularly updated on progress and worked hard towards the end to push all parties in the chain to completion.
