No Goods No refund for a month
Placed order. 1 week after should have been delivered their only response to wait another 7 working days (nearly 2 more weeks) before they look at refund request so won't get refunded for goods not received for a month after purchase

Any TAT for collect in store orders?
Ordered on April 2nd - #2000586470.
I visited the store on Thursday 6th April and have been told that delivery scheduled to store on every Wednesday & Friday. Since then 2 Wednesdays/2 Fridays passed but no response.
Is there any timeline or turn around time maintained for in store collection, life would have been easier with that to plan.. knowing such delays would have either not ordered or choose for home delivery. Seriously can't keep waiting for uncertain times. very unpleasant experience and never had to face such struggle with any online ordering so far.
Emails to customer services keep bouncing and no one receive the call at the given number.

Well it's my first and very last time…
Well it's my first and very last time ordering through select as all items I ordered were available and later on got refunded and that also I stay overseas so after the refund I get bank chargers so very wasteful I've lost about 20£ on this so called "reliable" shopping website

never ordered before made a large order…
never ordered before made a large order of sale items. I am between sizes so ordered a few items of both sizes 8's & 10's . only 1 item I would say was off on the sizing it was a very small 8 . Everything else fitted . Delivery really quick although when the box came I thought there is no way all my order is there but it arrives as it would to the shop still in its packaging so items take up less room . Really pleased, will order again in future absolute bargain sale prices not sure I would have paid full price but then I am a yorkshire lass so we don't pay full unless we have to .I am 5ft 2 nothing was way too long which makes a change . I ordered dresses, skirts and tops so maybe some items would be too short for taller ladies

A very wearable dress, I would wear it to work, and create outfits, with tights, jackets and cardigans. The illusion chevron is a bust minimiser, it is affordable, and the bodycon keeps you warm.
