I received order #814592 from seeds n such. I opened a package of cucumber seeds to find it completely empty, no seeds. The company does not answer the phone and has no way to leave a message, also their e-mail does not work. Will never order from them again.

They never answer the phone. A recording comes on saying to leave a message and they will return your call. Wrong! Left a message on two separate days with no call back. I ordered from some place else.

Ordered seeds 2 months ago still haven’t received my seeds. Scam Can’t get in touch with them.

The shipping is very slow. There is no indication on the website that you are ordering from China. My seeds took 5 weeks to arrive. They came in clear plastic pouches with a label on the pouch with the name of the seed. No planting instructions. I also ordered Amaryllis bulbs. They are the smallest Amaryllis bulbs I have ever seen. Hopefully, this stuff will grow but I have my doubts.

Don’t have seeds yet. Arriving today. Yeah, right. Can promise myself and everyone I speak to will not be shopping here again. Not expecting much for quantity or quality. Guess I’ll stick with the major seed sources from here in out.

I planted hosta seeds and tomatoes grew. None of the petunia seeds germinated.

FAKE products and Bad products

Ordered over a month ago from this company. They told me they were from the United States, but the product was shipping from China. Told me they distribute their seats all over the world then ship from wherever. Could not tell me where my order was and turned out they said it was signed for and delivered, which was a lie. I bought the shipping insurance and they so far will not refund me my money. The product is lost now I wouldn’t use the product even if it eventually showed up. Don’t trust these people they’re liars.

This isn't my first order with seeds such, but it will be my last! I've never actually receive my orders on the date stated. Their system and USPS show delivered, but not. This isn't likely to be seedsnsuch's fault, but their response is for me to contact my local post office and for us to hash out the missing package. USPS always tell me the company must contact them. I'm just beyond fed up with this issue and will shop one of the many competitors that have a better selection and value their customers time and good faith.

April, 2024 - I ordered 3 packets of seeds (some containing hundreds of seeds). I planted exactly according to the directions. 2 plants came up (out of hundreds planted), and I don't know if they'll even survive. I'll NEVER buy from Seeds N Such again. Save your money, don't buy here.

UPDATE - August, 2025
Seeds N Such did contact me and offer me a full refund (via email) after I posted this review. However, the refund NEVER CAME. I persisted to inquire about it via both phone and email, and the manager who offered it to me never once replied. He didn't return my calls or emails - so, I never got the refund. After emailing me the offer, he simply disappeared.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY buying from these people. My seeds didn't grow (not a single one), and they offered a refund but never came through and honored it.

I get that seeds sometimes don't grow for a variety of reasons, but the refund lie that the manager never intended to honor is the real deal breaker.

Buyers beware , I had several seed packets short on seeds . Golden Jubilee tomatoes 50 seeds had 27 seeds , La Roma II Tomatoes 15-20 seeds had 11 seeds , Better Boy Hybrid Tomatoe 25-30 seeds bought 2 both combines had 45 seeds , Celebrity Hybrid Tomato 25-30 seeds bought 2 had 42 seeds combined . I bought summer squash , pole beans , okra and lettuce I wonder how short they will be on seeds . Won't buy from them again .

Ten to 20 seeds in a pack with a germination rate of less that 5%. What a ripoff. Better to buy a flat at Walmart or Lowes, it's cheaper.

Ordered seeds in Feb 2023. Prompt delivery.
CONCERN:Some seeds packets were listed as for the 2022 season.
UPDATE: It's April, and all the peppers & tomatoes that I started indoors came up!!! 95% Germination!

This was my 1st order with seedsnsuch. I'm impressed.

Placed an small order back in January 2023 and have never received it. Called them and emailed them and still no response- this is now April 16th. Got ripped off.
