Bought size 2 for our Yorkshire Terrier far too small. Requested next size and after paying the extra over the phone received the replacement within 2 days. Efficient service. May be a bit more information on the size of the acual bag would help. The bag its self is nice quality and we'll made.

This company is a easy site to shop from. the items that arrived was in perfect order and arrived as started.

We bought the Fluval Vicenza 180 aquarium from Seapets. We have a good selection of aquarium shops near us, in Swallow Aquatics, Maidenhead and Fintasia - but Seapets deal on the aquarium won hands down, with them including all the gravel required, the aquarium background, a gravel cleaner and a fish net. Swallow Aquatics offered the same price, without all of the freebies.

The only thing I found a little difficult was the delivery logistics. This was partly our making, as we ordered on a Saturday, but could not both be around on the Wednesday/Thursday the next week. Having heard nothing from Seapets, I called them on the Monday, and enquired about the delivery, as it is described as kerbside delivery only. I.e. the recipient theoretically needs to carry the whole delivery into the house from the kerbside - not great if just one person is at home.

I was told that instead, I could pick up from their store in Colchester - as we only live 12 or so miles away. This was great - but it was a little confusing when I then received an email just prior to travelling the 95 miles home from work, stating that the aquarium would be delivered tomorrow. Anyway, the wife called Seapets, and it seems to have been a misunderstanding - and I could collect that evening, as promised.

I visited the store, and pickup was easy. But I have to say I was surprised that no-one asked to see any ID. I just said I was there to pick up the aquarium, to which the assistant said "oh...the Fluval Vicenza", and I was then told to pick it up from the warehouse doors. For Seapets own protection, they really ought to be asking to see ID.

Anyway, I'd definitely recommend Seapets - a brilliant store for all fishy and non-fishy pet needs. We're lucky to have them on our doorstep.
