Great ordering, poor fulfillment experiences
The selection is good, the ordering process good, the shipping time good, but the packaging is terrible. The boxes arrive with hardly any protection inside and the products get tossed about in the boxes. One of my boxes with very expensive products inside that I need for a dive trip broke open in transit due to the terrible packaging and taping, and an item didn’t make it. When I needed help, Scuba.com didn’t help, they just punted to UPS and I’m currently waiting hoping I eventually get the product I paid for. The shipping department and customer service processes are quite lacking from my experience so far. I’m worried I made a mistake picking scuba.com as my partner instead of divers direct. Hoping for a resolution in time for the trip, and improvements in their packaging and shipping departments. 🙁

This was my first purchase
This was my first purchase. Let me start with the positives. The website was very easy to navigate, and I took care of it even though I think I assigned some responsibility to somebody I originally called, but it worked fine. I needed the equipment that I bought for an upcoming Diving trip and it was key that the delivery date was important. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery date and even though I paid a lot extra for that, I ended up not being able to bring this on my trip. So that pretty well ruined it. The equipment was excellent, but I've only used it in my pool at the point at this point.
