Good experience from start to finish.
Good communications by email and very pleased with my purchase. I bought a second-hand EV from scsautos in Watford and it was immaculate throughout. They also allowed me to reserve the car two weeks in advance for a modest deposit as I was out of the country and they then took the advert down - they confirmed the deposit would be refundable if I discovered any undisclosed faults or damage to the car.
Kam was very helpful with my requests for specific details / photos of the car, and also fully charged it before I arrived so I was able to drive it home the same day after purchase. That was a nice touch.
I'm not local to Watford and there are some negative reviews on trustpilot for a similar sounding company (scsauto.co.uk - the 's' is missing), but only a handful and I'm not now certain it's the same company as none of the reviews confirm the location/the link is incorrect: Google has a lot more reviews and they are definitely linked to this dealership and give you a better flavour of the average consumer experience here, so I decided to trust those and would encourage you to check there too. Hopefully by writing this review with the correct website/link, a clearer picture can be built up over time on this website too.
Anyway, for what's it's worth I had a great experience from start to finish, despite being a little cautious parting with a large sum. The test drive was unaccompanied and with zero pressure to buy afterwards. They give a 3-month warrantee for any faults, but can't comment on that as the car is perfect. They arranged driveaway insurance on my behalf, but I found a slightly cheaper quote at the same time so used my own. They did all the V5 paperwork electronically, so the V5 from the DVLA arrived at my home within a week.
