We were not pressured by the staff as we browsed which was really nice, as some stores are on you as you walk through door. We recently purchased a sofa and we could not be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived at the showroom, we were treated exceptionally well. Zee made us feel truly welcome, offering us recycled bottled water and thoughtful gifts that made our visit even more special. It was a lovely personal touch that really set the tone for the whole experience. Zee went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Zee was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure we left satisfied. Truly outstanding customer service.

As for the sofa itself, it has exceeded every expectation. The comfort is incredible and perfect for relaxing after a long day. It looks absolutely stunning in our living room. The style and appearance are exactly as described, and for the price, it represents fantastic value for money. We honestly could not have asked for more.

The service was good, professional and efficient. The gentleman cliff who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with my purchase. He listened my request a and the type of sofa I was after and listen to my daughters questions so we were all on the same page. Very polite, helpful and pleasant employee. He is a credit to SCS.

We bought a sofa and 2 armchairs, all recliners, in December 2024. The reclining mechanism on the sofa broke December 2025. Made a claim immediately, had to chase for an update February 2026. The repair company passed the buck on to SCS customer services. They honoured their first promise to call back when they said, but then said they would call back within 2 days. It’s now almost a week later and we have heard nothing. 4 months since the thing broke and it’s as useful as a chocolate teapot. Never again will I buy from this company, and I strongly urge others to avoid them.
