Delivery guys great. Our property has awkward access at times, and we have had several instances of delivery drivers with heavy items driving off claiming delivery was impossible. These guys pushed my furniture a couple of hundred yards on a trolley to deliver ! Also really happy with furniture, which was set up in no time, and room left spotless.

Great choice and service. Went to Watford branch and Raj went beyond his duties to help us. Whilst in the store, being diabetic I felt me sugar going down and Raj straight away brought some cake and sugar for me. Raj also has great knowledge and advice for customers

Buying the sofa was easy, Lucy was very helpful.
We are 3 months later and still no sofa. I have tried to call them-had to wait a whole day for them to call me back.
The revised date was today, it was rescheduled yesterday for another 10 days!
Terrible service! Would not recommend.
