The team were excellent. They understood what we were looking for and we dud nit feel pressurised to buy.

I am really sorry, but I do not remember the name of the staff member that greeted us, and helped us through the whole purchasing process. However, he was very polite, helpful and knowledgable. He explained everything in detail, and was supportive at all times. He made our visit a really pleasant experience. If you can identify him, please pass on our warmest if thanks!

We were welcomed by a very friendly and engaging staff. Our questions were answered in a knowledgeable way and the lady we were talking to went above and beyond to help us. Our intention was not to buy a sofa on that day but we somehow left with one.

The two people who delivered my sofas were very rude , they left some packaging and spoke in their own language in MY house. No people skills whatsoever. ScS where perfect when we ordered our sofas. Well done ScS but your delivery staff needs addressing.

Had issues with selling and getting call backs after chasing to discuss. Delivery was ok. Customer service before sale good after sales not so good.

I am absolutely delighted with my Regina sofa. The delivery guys Robin &Dean unpacked it and carried it in & placed it into position without any complaint on which must have been a very strenuous effort on a very hot day of 29 degrees. I shall be going to the S.C.S. store Straiton Park Edinburgh on 14/07/26 who requirers seating furniture in the near future. I could not recommend Poltrone Sofa enough.

Keith welcomed us as we walked through the door, advising that the business had transitioned under it's new name from scs and that all sofas can be made available in any fabric shown within the store. At that point Keith left us to browse without any pressure of sales etc which was perfect as aligns with our preference of shopping.

When we required assistance Keith was within the vicinity to answer questions and support as we required. He spent probably an hour supporting us with material decisions etc before we completed on the sale. Everything was extremely easy and we did not feel at any point a sale was being pressurised.
