The entire process was smooth. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The delivery team was was great. My sofa was delivered and assembled with care.

Excellent service at the Southshields store. I was un decided on which sofa I preferred so visited twice.
I was helped by same colleague Russell who gave me great advise on the size of sofa and the measurements I had. I'm one Happy Customer Thank you to Russell ,will definitely recommend the Store.

I bought the sofa from ScS South Shields branch. This was a reclining sofa. However, upon delivery, we noticed that the main cable was missing. It has been two months and despite ringing them they have not sent the vital cable to connect the sofa to the mains as without it we can not operate the reclining element of the sofa. This has been an extremely disappointing experience.

The 2 lads that delivered were very accommodating and did really well getting the furniture into the house.

Fantastic delivery the 2 men were lovely! Assembled everything even put the little cushions on nicely for us, they took all of the rubbish away with them and they were both friendly and chatty

From purchasing our suite to receiving it today the service has been excellent. The gentleman who served us in store was friendly and professional and got us the best deal he could for the suite we wanted. The other staff members were also very nice too.
The delivery today was quick and efficient and the guys did a fantastic job. They were also very professional yet friendly. They took all the packaging away and ensured our suite was all set up and good to go before leaving.
The automated service was great too and kept us fully informed as to when we could expect the delivery as well as receiving a call from the courier an hour before. It was even a couple of days earlier than we originally expected which was a nice little bonus.

The van drivers were on time, and gave me an update when they would arrive at my address. They were very polite when they arrived, and cleared all the packaging when they unwrapped the sofa. Overall a great company to do business with, and the sales team were very helpful and polite at the shop too and helped me decide which sofa was the best for me.

After a false start when our original delivery date was cancelled without any reason given and no other date given until a very annoyed phone call from me a new date was promised. The time slot was given between 12.30 and 1pm.At 11.30 I received a phone call from the crew asking if they could attend early. They did within 10mins and within 30mins my furniture was installed tested and functioning. Well done.

Kept upto date with delivery date and time prior to delivery date. On the day the guys arrived earlier than expected but rang to give 1 hour slot. Care taken when delivered and sofas set up. Also took rubbish away. Lads were friendly and respected my home

SDC-354-354 Delivery guys were brilliant, called about 15 minutes before arrival. Awkward delivery due to nature of flat, however the guys were very quick, very professional, made the whole experience stress free for me. Thank you so much

Wanted to buy a 2 sofas in the sale but the one I picked wasnt in the sale. However the delivery men who brought it said that it was a top class manufacturer who wouldnt have reduced it in price. It came two weeks earlier, the lads were great, Got it in no bother, Regular emails for m SCS received. Both are recliners but one is electric. Beautiful neutral colour, solid in its build, the cushions dont move, no bits can get under them. They move when they recline, Very strong, love it. Will last a long time

My 2 Sofas were delivered today 08/05/2025. However, my all wall was damaged and the I needed to help and carry my sofa up the stairs because the The Young lad that was there did lots his temper, he started to swearing and he left the old men and the sofa on the stairs. And he sat into the van..
