Lovely delivery men ,quick and efficient

Arrived on time with plenty of notice. Very efficient and friendly staff (Rich & Dean). Furniture assembled professionally.

I had visited the store a few times before purchases 3 sofas. The guys at the store were fantastic! They were very helpful and they really wanted to go out of their way to understand your needs. A gentleman called "Nazim" was exceptional. His level of care and customer service was phenomenal. He gave us so much information about the sofa's we had liked and also showed us around the store and he seemed to be well informed on product knowledge. My husband who wasn't in agreement of my choice prior to us visiting the store was sold just based on the attitude of this employee. He seemed very genuine and not interested in just getting a quick sale but was actually concerned about our budget and needs. We felt very comfortable speaking openly with him and he was very friendly and willing to help. The manager of the store was also a very friendly guy. Hats off the the team their at SCS Slough. We bought 2 x sofa sets (3 + 2 + 1 seaters). One set was full power recliner the other mixed. I think our SCS Slough salesman was chap called Haroon - excellent non-pushy approach and patient with questions and time deciding - he deserves a medal :) Delivery slot was missed but got a £50 credit for the delay which was appreciated. Delivery drivers were friendly and carefully brought in sofas and set them up

I was looking for two 2 seater sofas and had a specific shape in mind. Nazim was incredibly helpful and steered me towards exactly what I had described to him. I chose a sofa and he explained everything about it .... durability and the guarantees SCS include in the sale. He has the patience of a Saint !! I went backwards and forwards from one colour fabric to another, over and over again ! I was a bit dubious about the colour I wanted seeming too bright, so he took the sample over to natural daylight from the window (rather than the very bright showroom lights) and it was perfect ! Problem solved, but ..... I then changed my mind again and went for a totally different colour. As I said before, Nazim was so helpful and patient. Sale complete !!! Then, I got home and changed my mind about the colour ( and fabric type !) I called customer services and they got Nazim to call me back. He changed my order over the phone, again in his lovely helpful manner. Thank you Nazim. :)

We were looking to replace a sofa, the two gentleman sorry can't remember names were both amazing, we were in the Slough store for quite a while whilst deciding, the advice given was perfect, explaining different leather types. We did buy a sofa and thank you for all the help.
