Staff very informative and helpful

On time. Was able to track delivery van. Boys were excellent- respected the fact we’d just painted our hallway so unpacked furniture outside!

Went to our local store in Llanelli west wales was greeted by Kevin who helped us making our choice , he was very informative and answered all our questions to help us decide which sofas to purchase
We decided on a three plus two seater electric recliner sofas

Brilliant in store. Llanelli team were all very friendly and not too pushy! We got to choose our sofa and then any fabric on the walls. Once we had that it was an east chat and the loss of a star was the waiting time for delivery! Ordered in January, sofa arrived in may. Long wait, but the sofa is perfect and super comfy!

Have to say after reading some terrible reviews online, I was absolutely dreading my delivery day and if I could have cancelled I would...however. Recieved my delivery text and email stating delivery slot for next day 7-12. Had my text next morning with half hour delivery window 8.25- 8.45.The boys arrived 20 mins early in fact!! Absolutely brilliant really friendly and courteous. Put my 2 sofas together in less than 10 mins. Explained how the buttons work as its 2 power recliners. Told them of my concerns about the company and they put my mind at rest! I am absolutely thrilled. Just hope I don't come to regret the purchase in future!! Thanks Poltrone sofa.

The delivery could not have been more pleasant, tidy and efficient. The sofa was delivered, installed and shown off with the rubbish removed. They were both respectful & pleasant.

I’ve had my sofa from SCS for just 8 weeks and one of the seating areas has already creased really badly. This is not normal wear and tear — it’s very clearly a fault.
I contacted SCS and sent photos as evidence, but they simply fobbed me off by email, blaming it on the way I’ve cared for the sofa. That’s completely unacceptable considering how new it is and how carefully it’s been looked after.
Since then, they have ignored my further correspondence entirely. Because of the lack of accountability and poor customer service, I’ve now contacted Trading Standards to get involved.
Very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way this has been handled. I would not recommend SCS based on my experience

Everyone helpful from order to delivery , the tracking service was excellent also updates from delivery men

The furniture was delivered on time with advance notice and a phone call prior to arrival as promised.
The two gentlemen who delivered it were courteous and efficient and they did their best in the circumstances.
There are however several issues with which I am unsatisfied.
1. When I ordered the furniture I stressed that access to the property was along a narrow track and I was promised that it would be delivered in a small van. However the vehicle that turned up was too big and had great difficulty turning around. Storm Chandra was raging during delivery and there was mud everywhere. It took about an hour to get the van back on the road!
2. The delivery men told me that they weren't allowed to remove their shoes inside the house! We put mats down and they did their best not to get the carpets dirty but that is not ideal and not what I expected. The delivery men also told me that they were only allocated a few minutes to make the delivery so were rushing to get away.
3. The furniture was unpacked outside the house in the rain!

I paid £129 for this delivery so I expected my delivery experience to have been much better.

I picked my sofa and arm chair and the colour of fabric .first I was over charged and charged on delivery but delivery was free on this day and was told there was no snuggle chair . Money was all sorted with another sales man and he said you have 3 months to change your mind on anything . 3 weeks later I went to show a friend on the website the furniture and it said it had a snuggle chair so I went to the store to ask to change the chair to a snuggle chair and they said I had two days from purchase to change my mind I explained that he told me 3 months but he denied saying this I explained that he told me 3 months and I had a friend with me and she clarified that I was saying the truth . The sales man emailed the company that makes the furniture and they have said that I can't change the chair even though it is April before I have them delivered . So sorry I will give you a bad review .

The guys had a job getting to us because of the snow, but were pleasant and efficient. They set my chair up quickly and took all packaging away. Great service!
