friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean and warm store

From viewing the sofa in January was informed itbwoukd be 16 weeks delivery which I was ok with. Sofa arrived exactly on the date quoted by the salesperson in the shop. No pushy sales tactics either which is refreshing

I was very pleased with the help I got from David during my recent visit to the store. Everything was explained very well and when I had to make a change to my purchase nothing was too much trouble.

I was kept updated with messages. Everything went to plan and the two men who delivered the sofas were very professional and nice.

Staff were very knowledgeable and patient whilst we selected the sofa we wanted.

We were welcomed into the store and were given plenty of time to look around without being pressured. We were given some useful information regarding the tags on the furniture. (Choice of fabrics, colours etc).

When we eventually decided which sofa we wanted, we talked through all the colour and fabric options. Once decided, we also opted for the 'Elite protect' warranty as recommended by Graham, due to the fact that we have a very energetic dog at home.

Lee initially welcomed us to the store and assisted us. During our hour long visit, Lee had finished his shift and Graham took over looking after us and helped us finalise our decision.

Graham and Lee are both a credit to Poltronesofà.

Really impressed with our entire experience from our first impressions as we entered the Kilmarnock branch. Staff made us feel welcome, Lee was attentive and informative whilst giving us space and time to explore the shop at our leisure.
We were impressed by the quality the range and the attention to detail in the sofas. We were very impressed in the range of colours and quality leather fabrics available.
Every member of staff we saw was pleasant, engaging and helpful. Having looked in other furniture retailers recently we were confident we couldn’t or wouldn’t find anything elsewhere to meet our needs so had no hesitation in placing an order. Once again Lee was very informative in presenting all the options available not only in our chosen Sofa but in the finance options, ensuring we had a clear understanding of the ordering delivery and process.
If the rest of our experience with this company on completion and delivery is as good as the shopping and purchase experience This really will be a five star service . The shop is a credit to the brand

I spoke to 2 people in the branch the first was James who was very helpful i did say that we would come back in to order with him but unexpected circumstances prevented me so when I returned I asked for James as I didn't want him to miss out on any commissions that could be coming his way but I spoke to Norman who informed me that all commissions were pulled so I went ahead and ordered my suites both of your employees were very helpful and knowledgeable in this matter so very pleased with the service I received thanks Brian shaw

The help & attention in store in Kilmarnock was very good, professional but friendly. Helped me sort fabric & colour even when I changed my mind. Was not too much trouble.
An issue with the Free interest option was also overcome as due to my demographic, I was told initially it couldn't be offered. This was sorted very satisfactorily.
However, The delivery from the warehouse to me was slightly stressful, nothing to do with the store as the person that attended me on my initial visit did all he could do but to no avail from the DC.
The sofa did turn up a few weeks late, Unannounced, which meant I hadn't had time to get ride of the old sofa & get organised.
However overall I am very pleased with the suite & can't thank the person in store in Kilmarnock enough for what he did. Many thanks David.

Overall from when we first ordered our suite, the fella in the shop, (sorry his name escapes me)..he was an excellent salesmen...the guys who delivered were superb..dealing with anyone face to face was excellent..only complaint not keeping me updated on how long my suite would take when it was running behind on delivery date..

Great experience.
Graeme was very knowledgeable and helped us find a sofa that would work with my additional support requirements.
Only thing I would change was that the scent that was being pushed into the showroom was very strong. Which was triggering a migraine.

Shop was stunning and the gentleman that helped my elderly parents was a top man for dealing with there enquirys and selling them there new couch and reclinerchair. Very easy process and friendly/understanding person that guided us through the whole thing.
Delivery men were so good with my moving the furniture around for her so it was in the perfect position.

The delivery men were very courteous and helpful and connected and tested the sofa and chairs. Only four stars because the delivery time changed a few times during the day and the delivery men arrived earlier than expected.

Suite is beautiful and delivered with care. Was told 8 to 12 weeks delivery on purchase but it was 16 weeks but overall so far a good experience

I walked into the store and David approached me asking if he could help me look for anything, after listening to his advice I continued my search it was great to go and browse without being pestered, any questions I had David or any other staff members gave me advice and assistance. Great service and friendly staff.

From the moment of picking the suite to being kept in touch about delivery which was spot on exact time given . I felt that service was really excellent and would repurchase again.

Tony and Graeme in the Kilmarnock store, made our experience sooo much fun and helped us in every way possible! From moving furniture about to show us how it would fit in our room and measuring everything so I could double check then going through every colour and material they have in the shop!
