Went into the store to buy carpet and bought 2 sofas instead. Matt was a pleasure to deal with!

The SCS delivery guys Ehigie & Josh did a great job. Very careful with our new furniture through the house and doorways, making sure everything was in situ and clearing away all the rubbish

Alice inshore was professional left us alone first to look around. Then was very helpful explaining how all designs could have added features and any materials. We then made our decision and prices were given for different materials so we could decide, overall experience was excellent

Still waiting for settee and chair to come purchased on the 6 Jan date was given 14 Feb then 28 March now been told 4 April not good enough it will be 4 months waiting time not happy paid in full cancelled by you twice

Kingsley & partner, the delivery drivers, were fantastic.
Rang us re arrival time. They were extremely friendly, professional & very efficient. Kingsley even attached protective pads to the feet of the sofa & snuggle chair to protect our laminate flooring.

They have a very nice sofa and very friendly staff thank you for u service tanks Stephanie

Delivery men were very polite and cheerful. They respected my property and were very informative.
A credit to ScS and an example to how other company
delivery people should act.

New chairs delivered by Kev and Paul was spot on.

Other aspects of dealing with SCS poor

Stephanie was great, talked me through all the options and was friendly, approachable and pleasant all the way through. There were a few IT issues but Stephanie's professionalism made everything go a smoothly as possible

5 STARS ! BRILLIANT.

Overall was reasonably pleased with the service, however after having to remove the feet to get the furniture into the front room the casters were left on the bottom of the feet when they were re-attached. The delivery personnel also left the wrong sliders meaning a visit to the store in Kidderminster to resolve the issue as we could not get an answer on the phone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Alice was lovely and clearly enjoys her job, trying to help people find exactly what they are looking for and making sure they have a lovely experience in the store. The manager was very helpful and Stephanie made a lovely cup of tea. Overall very happy and we came away with an amazing sofa.

Haven’t taken delivery yet, so subject to change 😂 In store experience was brilliant. We showed up quite late in the day, and I was worried the staff would be keen to see the back of us so close to home time, but Isabella came straight over and was so kind and helpful while I dithered about testing sofas. She was really friendly and made us a coffee…There were a few technical issues during purchase that caused us to stay in the store after closing time, and they were lovely about it. Highly recommend the customer service at this store.

Excellent service by the Delivery Staff who were friendly and efficient. Great Service.

We originally ordered our sofa the 11th of November. For delivery 27th of December. However the delivery time and date changed four times.we later found out this was due to the manufacturer not having the fabric for our sofa. No one notified us about any of the delays. And we struggled to get hold of people to talk to for help. We finally had the sofa delivered the 28th of February, to find that one section of our corner sofa was a complete different colour. We are not happy with the service we were provided or the time it has taken. We are now waiting for this issue to be fixed and will have to have a complete new sofa.

Visited SCS Kidderminster in December 24. Ordered 2 lovely 2 seater settees.
The sales girl was lovely and although new to her job, she was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
She explained everything and told us delivery would be March but could be sooner.
On 28th February our suite arrived.
The delivery men were very polite and quick at installing our suite.
All done within 20-30 minutes

We absolutely love our new suites.

I would highly recommend SCS for quality and service.

Sales were excellent in store and delivery team were excellent too . Friendly, helpful, good advice.
Delivery team did as promised kept us up to date with date and delivery times. Plus link to track on delivery day. Brilliant. Friendly helpful nothing too much trouble. Brilliant team. Thank you Ian and Paul.
Few issues we feel
1. Tracking status prior to delivery was faulty
2. 3 months delivery we were told hoping for sooner however just within 3 months

Purchased a sofa from SCS at Kidderminster. Spoke with Nick who was very happy to assist me.
All in all a great experience, sofa delivered in time, perfect.

Isabella was lovely and helpful, we had 4/5 people with 2 tape measures to help us see how the sofa would look in our size living room overall everyone was welcoming and easy to talk to
