We are extremely pleased with our new sofas and the delivery team Billy and Ian were excellent. They arrived when they said and we were kept updated throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend SCS.

We were looking for something different, the salesman understood our needs and made excellent choices hence our purchase. We paid £119 for delivery, on agreed date we took the day off work and NO SHOW no text no phone call. I made 3 phone calls 2 no return call, at 4:40 the 3rd call finally got a call back to say no reply from warehouse all day, next day at 7:40am suite delivery so great sales, poor delivery communication, warehouse fault no explanation and no offer of partial refund and I lost an annual leave date

Robin had arrived early and phoned me to let me know that he was there, and as I wasn't staying in the house at the moment told him I'll be round as quick as possible.
They were so polite and had a good sense of humour.

The staff at this store were really considerate when helping me decide what I was looking for when faced with dozens of different suites. I was given all the time to go round and sit on almost every chair and sofa. Then to discuss the practicalities of what would suit my needs best.
When the suite was due to be delivered, they kept me fully updated on the schedule and I found the wee map showing where the delivery was on route to be just the thing. The two men who set up the suite were very helpful and careful too. All in all a great experience.

I was kept very well informed of the time and date of delivery.
I received a phone call an hour before to say that they were on their way.

Scs has been a night mare from start to finish. Damaging real wood flooring. Damaging wall and breaking skirting board causing plaster to come off wall. Wallpaper also torn. Wrong colour delivered 1st time. Multiple delivery days taken off work.

The delivery team kept me informed of the progress of my delivery. Very pleasant team.And they respected my property by using the blankets to cover my newly fitted carpet. It would have been better if they had shoe covers .Which i would suggest for the company to look into.

I have received my sofa last week i have no space to keep the single unit it's still in its package scs are not will to take it back I was going to recover to family and friends not any more not happy with the service can even put customers first

Went in left with not only a great deal but lasting memories of such a great experience
