Purchased new sofas with the help and guidance from Chris, he was friendly and very helpful talking us through options, colour swatches etc. At no point did we feel pressured into buying, taking out extras unlike some places.

When we arrived in store at Cortonwood Barnsley Chris greeted us and explained that if we wanted a certain item, if it was material it could be provided in leather. This was most helpful.
Then we were allowed to look around the store without being pressured, this made a real change from being followed and badgered. Then when we were ready to make the order both Chris and Amy gave us all the advice we needed. We left the store completely satisfied with the service provided.We hope the service on receiving the goods is as complimentary as in store.

Julia was absolutely brilliant, she welcomed us on arrival with a ciao welcome to paltrone, have you been before? We told her we were only looking at the mo to get an idea of what we wanted. She laid come find me if you need anyth6. 5 minutes later she brought us both a bottle of water as it was about 100 degrees outside. We showed her a sofa we liked , she showed us all the alternative coverings we could have . Very professional , after about an hour of us dallying and dallying, we decided on the first sofa we saw on walking in . We however didn't think it would fit in our room . She said it was a ,I want to say modular ? Sofa so you only buy as many pieces as you want. We opted for them all and went home to measure it up . Fitted perfectly, so went back down to see Julia and tell her it fitted , wonderful lady who truly knew her products inside and out , was never pushy and is a credit to your company . 100 out of 10 for customer service . And we absolutely love our new sofa which will be delivered soon . Thankyou Julia for outstanding service ❤️

Salesperson in store was very informative and patient, as we did take rather a long time in reaching our final decision. Delivery team were great, regular update for tracking time of arrival and very mindful of our home when assembling the furniture. This is the 4th time we have purchased from SCS (now Poltronesofa) so we really must have been happy to keep going back.

Greeted by the staff as we walked through the door, and once we mentioned what we were looking for we were taken to an item close to what we were looking for. After we were given an idea of time to deliver we had a look round on our own and we then decided on the sofa which best suited our needs. The staff were very pleasant and attentive, the cold water given to use was appreciated and we also liked the gifts as we left. We wait to see how long it takes to deliver, we were advised approx 12 weeks, we hope it is shorter.

Susie once again was amazing. Had lots of useful info about the sofa and all its options. Remembered us from previous visits. The cold water on a very hot day was really welcome. Thank You once again.

We were warmly greeted as we entered the store and allowed to look around for ourselves. When we asked for help plenty was forthcoming from the shop assistant - Julia - who was very knowledgeable with regard to what was on offer concerning product, prices and finance.

The choice of furniture and fabric was extensive the prices were well within our range (the fact that a sale was on which included free delivery helped) and our only problem with making a choice was that there were so much excellent furniture available.

All round, an enjoyable retail experience and we can't wait for delivery day.

The two guys were really good, carefully brought the chair in and set it up, I couldn’t fault them, they took all the rubbish away and were very quick

Julia made our experience from the moment we walked in very enjoyable and put us at ease. She helped us with measurements and helped plan and gage whether the sofa would fit the layout of the room.

She demonstrated the colour we liked by showing us another sofa in that colour . Nothing was enough,she was warm and friendly and had brilliant customer service.

The lady that attended to us (Holly) on Monday 11th of May was very helpful and pleasant. She left us to browse but was always close by to answer any questions. I ended up purchasing a sofa and chair. I got a receipt for my deposit but fast forward eleven days and I haven’t received any confirmation or correspondence with details of my order or my deposit so now I will have to chase it up. Hopefully there will be no problem! Update - three hours later after a phone call I have now received an email confirming all the details of this sale .

Very professional staff, well dressed and welcoming. Bal at Corton Wood gave us advice on the best products and got a sale from us despite us just calling in to look. Also tried his best to show us the choice of colours. Looking forward to our new sofa arriving.

Chris was an excellent member of staff, showing me options but also giving me time to look round on my own, so I didn't feel pressured. He thoroughly went through the shape of the corner suite and the sizes, putting my mind at rest it would fit. He offered different materials and colours and was happy to spend all the time I needed to make a decision.
