Paul was extremely helpful and professional. He was not pushy. I decided on the sofa I wanted to buy and he explained everything and made the process very easy. Thank you. I can't wait to receive it.

Very efficient service they asked if they needed to take their shoes off,Our settee was put where we wanted it,Plastic packaging was removed and taken away.

Was not pressured into purchasing my furniture, but the staff were very helpful.

One person was attending to all customer why a trainee was also there trying to support him even though she doesn't know what shes doing, we spent upto an hour there as a result of that and the price of the sofa we choose at the store is different from the price online, much cheaper online, anyway i paid the price online. lastly my car battery went flat as a result of me forgetting to switch off the inner light. none of the employee could help me jump start my car even my have got the kit. They finally offered to help after my friend arrived.

The lady who served us was very helpful even offering cups of tea which went down well so it was good for all of us
