The quality of your sofas for the price was unbelievable.fell in love with a sofa as soon as I walked in.the lady who served me I think her name was Zelda she was brilliant not pushy such a wonderful person and so good at her job.

We were well looked after by Zoe.
She was very helpful and professional in dealing with what turned out to be a stressful morning for her, due to the whole system going down.
And then us having to change our minds due to size issues.
Would highly recommend this store.

Staff very friendly knowledgeable cheerful

The store was very inviting and smelt amazing. From start to finish our customer service was exceptionally all our needs met very professional. The only downside was speaking to the company providing the credit who definitely didn't match the guy at your store. Thank you for your great experience in your store due to your staff mainly

Furniture great over the moon with both sofa and chair.
We were given a time slot of 7am to 11am, and got a phone call to say they would arrive in approx 20 mims, so all good.
When they arrived i nearly had a fit, the one who could not speak english, was throwing boxes out of the back of the van onto the concrete, the other delivery man quickly explained that the box's where empty ones from previous deliveries, that did give me a shock all the same.
They carried in our settee and chair and unpacked them, then explained how they worked so all good.
After they had gone i realisedi had not signed for the furniture, and on reciept of my e mail i found a signature that was definately not mine ??????

First class salesperson no pressure to buy in and out of the store within 30 minutes if there was one minus it would be that there isn't a colour swatch to take away

I looked at so many sofas and couldn't make my mind up. Zelda was very helpful and willing to take the time with me, especially when looking at the fabric. Was very pleased with the sofas I decided on. Now just waiting for delivery.

Very welcoming, able to cater to our exact needs and measurements, took time designing something which would work, and seemed invested in the process. My only downside was feeling rushed when picking a fabric - this is really the only bit you need to do in store, so feeling as if 'any will do', when this is quite a large, expensive purchase which we have to live with (so feel and colour is quite important) was a bit of a dampener. Otherwise, the service could not be faulted. Not been delivered yet, but ordering process was very good.

After being greeted politely at the door, we spent time browsing the various sofas.
Despite it being late in the day we were treated very well by the staff, especially Zoe who completed our order.
The service was excellent and we are very happy with the order made and looking forward to our new sofa and chair to arrive.

Warm welcome very knowledgable

We were given a smile and a friendly welcome.We had a good walk round and we found one that fitted what we was looking for.The material and colour was not right but Gill helped us choose the fabric and colour that we wanted.We ordered it and look forward to delivery.

The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. The advice they gave was so helpful. Can’t wait to get my my new sofa.

Gill is an excellent salesperson. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. The company are very lucky to have her.

It all started very well until my sofa was delivered,after only a week it became the most uncomfortable sofa imaginable.
It's sunk beyond all recognition and impossible to sit on.
I complained and they sent out a representative who also agreed with me but then wrote a report for scs saying it was fine.im now stuck with a sofa I can't use,if anyone who has any doubts,go to the scs complaints Facebook page.
My partner,who also ordered a sofa is experiencing the same thing and is going to take them to court.
Do not buy anything from these liers.
