Chesterfield store. Richard and Shania are a credit to the company they were both extremely helpful and pleasant. But the main reason I ordered my new furniture from here was the fantastic range of fabric and colour choice. I mean any new settee in any colour and fabric blew my mind. At other places you only get a few colour choices so even on my 1st visit to the store I knew I was getting my new furniture from here. Had a right laugh with Richard he made me feel like a friend not just somebody spending money.

I only called in with the intention of just looking! I have had goods from SCS before and no problems. The assistant was excellent and allowed plenty of time to look round and I decided on something there and then.

Shania was really helpful, we even went back when we knew she would be working, no pushy sales tactics, great service

Very friendly team, nothing was too much trouble , bought the fabric swatches for me and the footstool to try with the sofa. I just hope the delivery experience is as good as in the store

From the moment I walked in the sales person was warm and friendly. I found the settee I was looking for almost immediately, it was like the settee I just got rid off, comfortable and relaxing. The sales person was helpful and explained how to save money. Would differently go back there again.

Communication and updates on delivery times were excellent and the delivery guys were very quick in installing our three piece suite and very tidy all packages were taken away

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, took our requirements and did not try to push us past our budget. Overall it was a very relaxed experience and we got what we wanted with the minimum of fuss. Delivery times were well explained. Highly recommended.

We visited the Chesterfield store on 13th & 14th June with an idea of what we wanted but as for the colour not so sure!
We were initially greeted by Ali who was really friendly and happy to help but with none of the over powering feeling you sometimes get from sales people. Lewis also came to assist when we were unsure regarding recliner, lumbar support & head tilt - again no pressue just friendly advice.
We came back the following day with a list of colours we wanted to see samples of. Again Ali & Lewis were helpful but we also had the added help from Claire who was bringing us larger samples to help us find the right colour.
After looking at the many samples we chose something that wasnt even on the original list. This was all down to the professionalism of Ali, Lewis and Claire who all listened and advised.
All in all the experience was great. All the staff mentioned were friendly, profressional and great fun to chat with.

The worst experience ever. Claire the deputy manager at chesterfield kindly took my deposit for a sofa. On reviewing the sofa online the reviews stated this corneto sofa would not fit through a normal front door. I asked Claire and Claire said to me (in front of my neighbour) this WILL fit through your front door. Delivery 2 months later and guess what? Wouldn’t fit through my front door. On approaching the manager Richard at chesterfield he was rude. Didn’t care about my concerns or my upset and advised me the only thing I can do is pay for an outdoor fabric person to take the sofa apart to fit it in my door. Which will cost £500+ OR get an external window fitter to take out my window (at my own cost again) to fit it in the window. I’m absolutely mind blown. When I confronted Claire the liar. She denied all knowledge. As expected. Now I’ve decided to cancel the sofa and their telling me I’ll loose £800. I’m disgusted and I’m taking this further. A single parent trying to get through life and get treated like these by an absolute pair of wrongens. I hope they both sleep well at night. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM SCS especially chesterfield site

Arrived on time 2 drivers excellent very polite and only took a few minutes to assemble the chair.

Arrived when should and put together and checked - love my new settee thank you - especially like the fact you can track the lorry

Really good service, very good prices , only thing I would say is staff can be a little swamping, didn’t feel like we could browse alone
