We were served by a lovely lady called Alison who was very helpful chatty and cheerful she showed us the materials and colours then showed us our order on her ipad to make sure we were getting what we asked for very helpful. She then brought a gentleman named Steve over to double check order who was also helpful

Peter, who met me on arrival at the store, greeted me and helped with patience as I tried many seats and sofas. On returning with my Daughter a few days later, Peter again was helpful in ordering and paying for the items I wanted. A good and friendly service all round.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Everything explained very clearly by Alison and no hard sales pitch. Communication regarding the delivery was excellent. The friendly delivery drivers arrived on time and assembled my sofa and placed it where I wanted it. Over all a great product and a reasonable price.

I was disappointed at the length of time I was having to wait for my sofa but it is here now and it's lovely.
Also, was not told that Poltronesofa employees don't deliver, that it was an 'outside' delivery firm and that it was an ' all day's delivery. I was told 2 hour window However, luckily the guys were polite and efficient and Poltronesofa should credit them for making the company look good.
Quality of my sofa is good but not sure I'd want to wait nearly 3.5 months in future for another one.

Today i visited poltrone sofa and spoken with a friendly woman named Shirley. She was more than happy to help and made everything clear about the process. A very pleasant and easy experience.

I went in a few weeks ago to help my sister choose a new sofa and end ended up going back today to get myself one. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the quality and price of our new reclining sofa. The prices as well as range of fabrics and colours available where unmatched by any other furniture / sofa store we visited. The store itself is clean, tidy and well laid out. The staff were friendly and greeted on arrival and didn't make us feel pressured at all. Alison made herself available for any questions we had and when buying, she took us through the delivery and finance options which we found easy and straight forward. I will be highly recommending the store to everyone.

I was in the shop on Tuesday afternoon to measure a chair saleswoman came to me and explained all about the chair and pavement and also offered to hold the booking next day but i went home i went back to the shop about six that night but the saleswoman was finished for day David said he could take my order he took time to explain paying cash or paying two years

A beautful shop the lady Shirley spent a lot of time with me she was extremely patient and knew her stock in store all my questions were answered.So I’m looking forward to the delivery of my new couch and two chairs arriving brilliant

Kept up to date with arrival time.Sofas set up by delivery man. Packaging taken away. Did not have enough gliders to put on the 2 seater sofa which would have been very much appreciated. Delivery man apologetic and put note on system not heard anything as yet from yourselves. Can't fault delivery team

Whole experience was great, no sales pressure, in fact pretty laid back, delivery on the day was excellent, received two texts and a phone call with timings, staff built up the furniture and removed all wrapping, no mess, no fuss, no problem, will use you guys again

Would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying furniture to AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
Spent an hour and a half in store in Hillington, parted with nearly 4 grand for our dream sofa, waited FOUR MONTHS for it to arrive and when it did, it was entirely the wrong sofa.
Contacted ScS to be informed that there's "nothing I or anyone else can do about it" as I signed the order off electronically. In other words, this cretinous organisation are trying to blame me, the customer, for the incompetence of their own staff !!!!!!

UPDATE: As you can see from the ludicrous reply, they are still trying to blame the customer for their incompetence, unbelievable!!!!

Just to clarify, the order was made in store for the very sofa I was sat on for over an hour. The sales assistant completed the order through their in house ordering system before handing me the tablet to electronically sign. Even on checking the order, at no point did it show the model we were "signing for"
After taking legal advice, not only are they wrong in their outrageous treatment of a customer, the technicality they are claiming IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL !!!!

The service was great. From going into the shop to the delivery.
In the shop there was no hard sales pitch. I was given time to make my decision. The sales person was friendly but professional.
The delivery crew were great. Careful, polite and efficient.
No complaints. I would definitely recommend.

Avoid at all costs! If you find a sofa you absolutely love in one of their stores, keep dreaming as you won't ever get it. They will take your money and then lie to you on mulitple occasions about when your sofa will arrive, hiding behind "the contract". 3 different delivery dates we have had, - ALL confirmed!! - and yet we still have no sofa. Not one person in the business will take ownsership for any thing - "not my department" is a regular saying.
I spoke to the store we ordered from at 11:00 and 13:00 the day our sofa was first due to arrive at the distribution centre and both calls they confirmed it's definitely arriving and delivery will go ahead, so we had our old sofa taken away. Then at 17:00 we were advised it didn't arrive and they don't know where it is or when it will arrive.
Then we got another date. Again reassured it will definitely arrive and delivery as planned on the day it was due i.to the distributioncentre. Guess what!? It didn't arrive. But all the company say is "were within our contract".
When speaking to a senior manager he advised me they haven't provided a confirmed delivery date yet so within the contract. Which is absolute lies. We have had 2 confirmed dates. So more lies and deceit.
This is a company who are happy to take your money then not deliver on the goods. The staff, including store managers and senior managers, will take no responsibility for the situation. Apparently not one person can identify where the sofa is as it's not their department and they can't contact that team.
We have now been without a sofa for 4 weeks due to this companies lies and inability to operate corrrectly.
Absolutely disgraceful service.
We've now also been told when it arroves to the DC on 8th July (how they can cofirm that is beyond me when they donteven know where it is!) It will take another 5 days to be delivered. Because we're not in the right location. Is that our fault!? We have been put into a situation we didn't ask to be put in and now have to wait because we don't live in a higher priority postcode.
When will we get our sofa? Will we ever get our sofa?
