The high level of customer service provided by Minder Nagra of Scott's was unparalleled. Following my initial inquiry he immediately called me back and guided me faultlessly through the process of getting a 5 year business visa for China. Having made one business trip to China previously this year, the visa company I used on that occasion had got me a single entry visa, having offered no advice or practical support with the application process.
