Dissolves easily and doesn't have any after taste. Since taking one measure per day I do feel that I can endure activities at a higher intensity for longer, whether that's a long ride or a big mountain day. I also generally find that recovery is quicker as well. No noticeable weight gain either which is one thing that put me off taking creatine when I first heard about it. Thought it was just for body builders etc... and not suitable for cycling or climbing sports. Glad I started taking it.

Excellent product, however as mentioned previously the measuring spoon is far too short to be nothing but inconvenient.

Early day with this product. The experts advise it is beneficial but I am only using less than 3 gm's at the moment to ease into it. There are no issues I can comment on.

just started using this. my only complaint is the measuring spoon is far, far too short. I ended up making and extension to help measure out the dose.

Essential part of my senior athlete maintenance and recovery toolkit. I have complete trust in the quality of this product.

Seems like a good product and mixes well with my protein shake

Hit and miss. The Creatine is presumably good, but the availability is extremely inconsistent. We placed the order because the stock was there not because we needed it right now.

Since taking this I have found sustained improvement in my power and recovery

Mixes easily with water yet does not alter the taste. As yet, after two weeks of use, there are no harmful side effects.
