Delivered to the wrong address and told me delivery was completed because it was at that address. Made no attempt to rectify the problem. With postcode included they still can't find the right address. Don't order online

I have been trying to get a refund for shoes that never arrived for 5 months now. Do not buy anything off this company.

As a first time Schuh customer, I ordered a pair of trainers online last week. I'm very happy with the quality of the product - great value for money. The site was extremely easy to navigate and my order was delivered promptly, as per delivery guide time.
Would certainly shop with Schuh. again

They told me they would let me know when my items have been despatched. I then received an email the following day saying the courier attempted to deliver my item. I called they said they would call me back on the same day. They didn’t. They told me they re attempted the following day but I have been in my flat all morning no one attempted nothing. Called customer service, not helpful at all. Repeats repeats repeats the same line “ ahh well I apologise” awh well I apologise” “ well yes, I apologise” Kmt. I told them as well I needed the shoes for my daughter this weekend and they said they would deliver it on Monday. What is that ?

Ordered trainers for my daughters birthday and paid for next day delivery, items 5 days later still not arrived, stating they have a problem with courier! They refund me the next day delivery money £4.99 and now stating they will have to wait for the reply back from the courier company! Total waste of time! They know full well the items aren't going to arrive and yet still won't refund or re send another pair out! Having to raise a PayPal dispute! There making there problems mine!

I ordered same day delivery and they literally turned up two/three hours later! Great price too. Seamless experience

I paid for next day delivery and their courier did not deliver on the next day. I have now been waiting over 2 weeks and Schuh refuse to give me a refund. Their support team takes a long while to reply to emails, also.

I would avoid at all costs - one of the worst online buying experiences I have ever had.

Don't believe if u order something online and it say buy now get next day delivery. My shoes have still not arrived 3 days later and was told it does not apply to that offer and it clearly stated it did

Purchased a pair of shoes which arrived in a few days. The Converse are perfect, no problems at all!

I would give no stars if possible. Bought 2 pairs of trainers on line and aswell as taking the amount for the order they 'ring fence' the amount again from your bank. They then blame the bank and say it will take 3-5 days to go back. If i want it quicker i need to call my bank. It made me overdrawn and they didn't want to know and just kept copying and pasting text. The manager Clare was even worse, waste of space and certainly didn't deserve the title.

Went in to schuh today looking to buy a Xmas gift... I asked what their policy was on returns etc... I was totally amazed to hear it is 1 year from purchase with either full or sale items... Obviously providing there are returned as sold... This for me was a deal breaker. And I bought the trainers... Unlike a fellow retailer that would only offer a credit note within 2 weeks... Thanks schuh Aberdeen... I'm impressed!!!!

Not great unfortunately. Ordered a pair of trainers on line in sale. TBH price was good and delivered quickly and promptly...However !!! The shoes were worn. They were damaged and stained on the front, Dirty and creased soles. The box was all bashed up. I'm not sure why they even thought they were acceptable to send out. Disappointing

I visited one of your Edinburgh branches today, and I must say that I left embarrassed. As soon as I entered your shop one of your employees shouted in front of everybody "where is your mask?" in a rude manner. I cannot wear face masks as I have a respiratory condition and suffer of anxiety and ptsd and when I wear a mask I am more likely to get a panic attack. I understand that your employees are doing what the managers tell them to do and it's not their fault, but I would advise you to give a better training to your staff because that is just going to put customers off.

I won't buy anymore from your shops, that's fore sure.

Ordered a pair of pink suede air force 1s. When they first arrived one of them had a mark on it so sent them back. They sent another pair but this time they were different colours, going to send them back again, hopefully third time's a charm... so frustrating.

So my daughter and I went to Schuh Norwich on the 1st September to buy the grandchildren their school shoes both picked Dr Martens. My 6 year old granddaughter picked a pair of boots. You would think that being Dr Martens they would be robust but the first day they scuffed badly. Forward today the 07/ 09 /19 my daughter goes to Schuh Norwich to take these boots back, she was greeted by a very rude obnoxious woman who told her she would change the shoes through “goodwill “ then followed and circled round my daughter partner and granddaughter while they were in the store looking at other shoes. Well done Schuh customer service at its best. If nothing this “service provider” your staff should have lessons in greeting customers listening skills communication skills and finally not treating YOUR customers like criminals or that they were going to steal something. If shoes are defective then take it on the chin it’s not your money you will send them back to Dr Martens for your refund. Plus you’ve made us as a family question whether we will frequent your shop again because we really don’t want to be treated this way not for shoes that cost £50+.

Ordered shoes online for a great price. Was told that i would receive them next day but were delayed by 2 days. Got the shoes later and they were exactly what i wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely buy again from them.

Great service and friendly staff at Westfields Stratford City. Bought some trainers for me daughter and was seen to by Simone. She was awesome. Very polite and courteous. Great thing they carry a pay by card terminal with them as saves time queing up. I was there on Sunday 26h May 2019 at 12pm.
