We’re sorry you were left waiting, Peter. The size you ordered was on backorder with our supplier and unfortunately the expected restock date kept being pushed back.
After the order had been outstanding for some time, our system automatically cancelled and refunded it rather than leaving you waiting indefinitely. We do appreciate that we should have communicated this more clearly and explained what was happening before the cancellation.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and the lack of an update.

Order was cancelled without me knowing about it. Said I still wanted the product and was told they would get back to me! Still waiting!! Definitely do t want it now as I have sourced a pinafore from elsewhere. Terrible customer relations!

We’re sorry for the poor communication here. The size you ordered has now been discontinued by the supplier, which is why we were unable to fulfil the order.
We should have made this clearer at the time and followed up with you properly after you contacted us. We completely understand your frustration, especially as you were left waiting for an update and have since had to source the pinafore elsewhere.
Please accept our apologies for the way this was handled.

Finally found the perfect pair of school trousers
I searched everywhere for a pair of school trousers for my son. The supermarket brands were no good as the measurements were based on age and the legs were far too long! I ordered a pair from here in the correct age range late on a Thursday and they'd arrived by Monday! The quality of the trousers are excellent, they fit my son's larger frame and the length is perfect! Having measurements by waist is so much more accurate. Thank you!

Antwort von School Wear United
This is exactly why we focus so much on proper waist and length measurements, Danielle. Supermarket sizing can be tricky when age ranges don’t match a child’s actual shape, so we’re really glad the trousers fitted your son well and arrived quickly.
It’s great to hear the quality, larger fit and length were all right for him. Your feedback will be so helpful for other parents in the same position.

Sent wrong size helpline not very helpful wanted me to send back ( I had to pay to return) wait 14 days for refund then
re-order That’s me paying for another delivery what’s to say they didn’t send wrong size again.

Sorry this felt frustrating, Tanya. We can understand why you would not want to pay again or risk the same issue happening twice.
I’ve checked the order and the size selected at checkout was **8-9 Years** in grey. If a different size was received, then that is something we need to put right. In cases where we have sent the wrong item or wrong size, we would not expect the customer to be left out of pocket for the return.
Please contact us with a photo of the size label or packaging so we can check this properly and help resolve it for you.
