Had trouble finding uniforms for my two grandsons 11 and 13 they are the size of medium men.this company provided the uniform in the size I needed.so grateful.

No communication
I ordered a polo shirt and tie for my daughter on 8th of August for her starting primary 7 on 18th August order is showing as unfulfilled I’ve tried to call them several times and I have had no reply. My daughter is house captain this year and wanted to wear her tie but no success. I don’t mind the £5.95 delivery if I had got the items or if there had been any communication but none!! At a loss what to do

Shipping charges shocking
Whilst the item arrived quite quickly the £5.95 shipping charge is absolutely disgraceful. I wouldn't have minded that charge so much if I had ordered a lot of items but for 1 item it is ridiculous.

Ordered polo shirts and jumpers on the 4th of August, still not arrived and nobody answers the phone. My daughter goes back to school tomorrow and I don’t have polo shirts for her!

Orders not sent and no communication
I placed an order 7th August and second order 12th Aug, both orders have still not been processed. After speaking with other parents, I found despite ordering after the 7th, they received there's okay. I have tried calling over 20 times this past week and sent messages through the website but no response. I've now spent over £70 and had to spend more money buying plain jumpers from a shop. Not great when charging £5.95 for delivery. I'll be looking to see if there's other suppliers as this is no use at all. I appreciate it's a busy time but communication is shocking.

Ordered school jumpers on the 20th of July and still no sign of them.
I ordered three school jumpers and there has been no correspondence since. Cant get through on the phone (it just rings out) and they dont reply to emails. Probably the worst customer service i have ever seen. Starting to think they have just robbed me of £50. Joke of a company. They start school on Monday aswell. Will be asking tor a refund if they ever reply back to emails or phone calls.

Parcel burst open upon arrival
Good service, the only thing that let it down is the packaging. My parcel arrived burst open at two parts and clothes hanging out.
