It was my first time using Scandiscapes. I bought two large plant pots, three tiny cacti and a succulent. All arrived quickly and we'll packaged with little plant care guidance cards. I had one query which was resolved by Merje immediately. I'd recommend this excellent online shop and will be using again!

I received really good quality plants at a great price.
I bought some mini plants so I could watch them grow and also get better at looking after my plants.
The mini plants were a lot larger than I expected.

Brilliant service! My parcel was delayed in transit and the lovely people at Scandiscapes immediately sent me out a replacement. Plants are all thriving and looking lovely :-)

I ordered a Rubber Plant (“Tineke”) and it arrived in sustainable packaging which was great to see. There was a little note to say that they were trying out this new packaging, and to let them know if there was any issues with it. My plant was undamaged and looked just like the picture on the website! Unfortunately, after a few days some of the leaves tips started to turn brown, getting worse as each day passed. I contacted Scandiscapes and they were really understanding, and sent out a new plant next day delivery from a different batch. It’s likely the first one was a little stressed from its journey, which can just happen sometimes. My new plant arrived and looks even more beautiful than the first, and is happy and healthy. I cannot fault the service or the plant(s) I have received, and would highly recommend them.

My plant was much smaller than expected, could have spent the money elsewhere on a bigger plant. However, that's not my biggest problem. When it arrived it squished in a box, all the leaves were bent one way, the plant was clearly stressed. Never Again.

I'm very happy with my experience with Scandiscapes. I was looking for an affordable cast-iron plant, as the garden centre close to me was too expensive and I'm not very good with plants. The website was informative which gave me confidence about my skills to take care of this plant. The delivery was super fast and my Aspidistra looks healthy and beautiful, I ended buying another one for a friend who loved mine. It even comes with a little card telling all you need to know to take care of your plant.
