Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I fell for the social media hype, ordered a dress in the sale. Given that these dresses are £120 and upwards full price, I was surprised that the fabric felt thin and cheap, seams had loose threads hanging, pretty badly made - no better than you would get from Shein or similar for a tenth of the price. Sizing is huge - weird vanity sizing perhaps?? I'm a 12-14 and ordered a size 10 as reviews said to size down. Still way too much fabric and fitted like a tent - not flattering at all. Decided to return and was disappointed to find I had to pay £3.95 for the 'privilege'. Needless to say, it's doubtful I'll be ordering again.

If you are buying for a gift!
If you are buying for a gift get it delivered to another address. Even though I asked for plain packaging they still sent it in scamp and dude printed packaging so it ruins the surprise.
The clothing seems okay.

Great customer service!
I ordered an item as a treat for myself, next morning I heard that my car had failed its MOT & it was going to cost! So, my treat was an expense I could suddenly not afford.
I emailed the company to cancel the order and then noticed they had a phone number so called in hope of cancelling as soon as I could.
The lady on the phone could not have been nicer! She was warm, friendly & completely understanding & cancelled the order, confirming refund by email.
I am going to back to this company as soon as my finances allow. The service is obviously impeccable. 😁

Wow excellent service!
Wow, what can I say other than excellent customer service. At this time of year with parcels taking forever to arrive or not turning up at all it can all feel a bit stressful so imagine my surprise when I got actual real time updates from the customer service team (shout out to Holly). It’s just nice to be listened to and feel that something is being done. Regardless of issues I had with courier companies that’s not the fault of Scamp by any means and they couldn’t have been more helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Poor quality
Poor quality, jump suit shrunk in length despite following instructions and stretching out at washing. Scamp and dude advised it was due to the type of material and no refund offered. Disappointing

Great eco friendly company with great quality clothes and good communication with customers
Great company, no trouble with returns, very quick delivery, great quality and all done as eco friendly as possible with an eco rating for every item. Lots of cool leopard print and gorgeous bags (gutted I didn’t get the bright pink cross body bag with the studs on before it sold out!) and all really well made.

Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service. Contacted S&D about an ordered I’d sent for refund over a week ago but InPost weren’t giving any updates. Within 6 minutes of contacting S&D, they had refunded my order and are working with InPost to find the parcel. I’m amazed and needed to write a review to let others know how good the company is. InPost haven’t got such a glowing review on TrustPilot!!!
Great quality & design, excellent customer service
Great quality & design. I keep coming back! Today was the first problem I’ve had with delivery - the package was open and an item missing. I called customer service who sorted quickly & effectively with the item being reordered. Debs in customer service had a lovely telephone manner which I appreciated too (thank you!)

Beautiful dresses but penny pinching business practices
The dresses are beautiful and they fit really well. However, I’ve had lots of quality issues with the tea dresses and the bottom button coming off.
Paying £4 for a return seems very expensive when you already have to pay for the postage for an over £100 dress.
The final straw for me has been that I was sent a ‘free’ keyring with a purchase and I returned the purchase but forgot about the key ring and they sent me a bill for the key ring. I’ve bought lots of dresses from them and felt this was very penny pinching.
Basically there beautiful but expensive dresses but the customer service is penny pinching for free gifts, postage, returns and button holes.

Item received with one sleeve cuff twice the size of the other. Customer services ok but not what you would expect from the prices. Very disappointed.

Wonderful customer service!
Debs from customer service is an absolute lovely human & absolute superstar! She went out of her way to help me find the right fit leggings after the ones I’d ordered turned out to be too large for me. I was nervous of spending more on postage as I wasn’t convinced the smaller size would fit well either but she sent me a free link so that I could try, as with her great knowledge of the product she had a good hunch!
Low & behold she was right! They were perfect & I now own my first pair of S&D active leggings, which I love. All thanks to Debs being so bloomin’ fabulous & kind. Thank you so much! 🌟 💖 🌟

Speedy delivery and great customer service
The order arrived quickly and the clothes are great quality, something that is becoming increasingly rare i have found with other companies. The cuffs on the joggers can be worn all the way down, making them perfect for those of us with long legs.
I had a little issue with the returns and contacted the company. I had a very quick reply and they were so helpful. Will most definitely be ordering from them again. I can't recommend their products enough!

I love Scamp and Dude but unfortunately…
I love Scamp and Dude but unfortunately their delivery service (Evri) really really lets down their customer experience. I've now had two S&D parcels not delivered (despite Evri saying they were). Until S&D change their delivery service I won't be buying from them online. I live too far away from the physical shops. The one good thing is that S&D's customer service team are brilliant and refunded me immediately as the products I ordered were then out of stock.

Great experience from the team in the Marlow shop on Sunday. They were so kind and took there time to help me find the right style and size. I really appreciated how much time they took.
Poor experience all round
Poor experience all round for a “premium” brand!
Purchased expensive dress at a pop-up shop, drove 45 mins back to store to return after trying it on at home to be told they don’t refund. Was told by HQ there are signs (with a photo of said signs) & that store operatives mention it at POS; they 100% didn’t mention as I would not have proceeded!
I also placed an order on the website for £395+ on 18/07. As of 04/08, no order has arrived, no emails or tracking updates received. I had to chase it myself & was then told it’s being returned to S&D due to weight of order! I can’t imagine x7 items weigh that much. Overall a very poor customer experience & I certainly won’t be using them again. A refund was processed but they really didn’t seem that bothered which is not what I would expect of a company charging the prices they do.
