Horrendous, avoid like the plague.. when I provided my proof of identity and address I kept getting requests for more and more information ( some of which I had already provided). Acct was validated only when I requested to make a complaint as I was suspicious of identity fraud ( who requests a selfie, all pages in your bank statement etc). On validation I immediately withdrew my balance and selected the close my acct option. A week later and I receive an email saying the amount I withdrew has been returned to them and they want to know if my visa acct has restrictions on receiving payments ( it hasn’t!) unbelievable but not unexpected.

Was a member for years but then last year it become impossible to log on to their site, constant connection problems. I asked by email just to withdraw from an email request but they say you need to log in to site, dispute lasted months and eventually had to get on to their regulator to get balance. could have been easily resolved if they put their hands up and admitted yes their website is useless and as such we will withdraw from my email request.

They are not onest. I have around 2000 euro lock from 2 years and all the time they ask me the same document. I not raccomend this bookmaker.

Awful, they constantly void winning bets, it's impossible to win anything with them. I have never seen a bookie cheat the public so badly - they should be shut down. Avoid at all costs, do NOT give your money to this company.

This is a review only on the sportsbook, and it's a tough one for me.

When I registered for them I did so purely under the assumption that they pride themselves in not restricting players and that they welcome winners. This is partially false according to my personal experiences. The odds on all markets seem to suspiciously change when I log in to my account. In every market, odds seem to be 0.02 points lower, or something close to that. It may not seem like a huge deal to you, but it is a restriction the way I see it, and it makes me wonder whenever they truly welcome me on the site as a winner or not. You could make the argument that it's necessary for their business model to succeed, since betting exchanges also require you to pay commissions on winnings, but this isn't the case for some of their competitors which I would recommend over this site. *cough* Pinnacle *cough*. Anyway, it's not a huge deal by any means and I can personally deal with this no problem, but I just had to throw this information out.

Other points to consider, starting with the positives:
- Despite my gripes about having lowered odds, they're still very competitive. I place bets there weekly, even daily on busy weeks. Lots of markets offered and different sports offered as well.
- Customer service is in my experience top class; fast, responsive and friendly. What else would you want to ask for?
- Withdrawal speeds are very fast so have no fear, they'll pay you no problem.

Some negatives:
- Desktop site looks very dated, like straight out from ten years ago, but at least it's functional. Can't say the same about mobile version, which is terrible.
- They apparently start charging you a fee for withdrawals after five or so free ones. Haven't read the full terms, but this isn't the standard industry practice as far as I know.
- Making parlays is limited to only some markets. Might be a problem for some of you.

They have a lot of improving to do as I've already stated, but it's not a bad bookie overall. I'm willing to give them three and a half stars; it's a very good bookie to register for if you like chasing valuable odds.

Most of the time the best odds on football, even better than Pinnacle or exchanges. When account is verified, it takes only few seconds to withdraw money. Verification process requires only ID and utility bill, not endless selfies like some joke bookmakers ask (1xbet, 22bet).

SBOBET.com won't refund/credit my deposit, even though I proved my transactions etc.
