Best business decision we've made!!
Austin Hawk Estate Agents have been using SBC for 2 years now and it's the best business decision we have made since starting up in 2012. Service and promptness is what every business requires in this day and age and we haven't looked back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SBC
We joined SBC some 2 years ago. I was extremely apprehensive about making a change to our internet and phones; as any downtime would directly affect our business. Making this change was one of the best decisions I have made. We did experience downtime yesterday, 13 March 2019, and within minutes I had SBC on the line looking at the problem. I had regular updates throughout the afternoon, including a graph of the connection status. What an absolute delight to have a team on board, committed to sorting out a problem with the sense of urgency it deserved. Thank you Greg and Jordan. I have, and will continue, to recommend SBC highly.
