I sent my S62 Golfwatch (broken glass) beginning of January and got it back beginning of February. I was informed of reception and the status of repair. Finally I got photos before/after the repair and banking details via WhatsApp. I received a photo of the DPD form including the tracking number. It took a while - but from Germany to Romania and back I expected no warp speed. I am very happy to start into the new golf season with my watch with no scratch on the glass (Garmin had recommended „throw away and buy new“ 😠)

Ovi in Peterborough UK repaired/replaced my Lexus IS250 screen to perfection [which I removed, but for a small extra charge he will remove it].
An extremely talented man in his field of electronics and he did it while I waited.
I also recently sent him a Volvo unit to be cloned, PERFECTION AGAIN, It works wonderfully.
A very pleasant and honest man and Family.
I have no Idea what these Neg reviews are about, but this man can be trusted I have used him many times before.
I will add I have no affiliation with this company at all and will definitely use him in the future.

Absolute scam!!!

this shower of excrement have had my Garmin watch since September, I have emeailed and tried to telephone them numerous times, mostly without a reply. my order moved from device received on 26/0925 to repair in progerss on 29/10/25 after reoeated emails to customer services. its now December and they still haven't returned my device, replied to emails or answered their support telephone line. Im now convinced that Ive lost me £350 Garmin watch and paid £54.98 for the priveledge!!!

this lovely chap fitted me in to replace lcd screen in my instrument cluster.
after he managed to get the part out. it turns out lcd wasnt problem and gave me advice on what to do. he tried his best for 2 hrs of work. very grateful for your effort.

Sent off a Garmin that wasn't charging, duly received a confirmation email with a repair ID and password to enable me to track the status online. After a couple of weeks the status was like the blasted heath, barren and bereft of any indication that my satnav even existed. I phoned to ask the status as the website didn't appear to be working, was informed that the status would be updated forthwith. Nearly a month later was informed that it would cost double the quote as the mainboard needed to be replaced. Fair enough, whatever it takes, still cheaper than a new unit. So just over a month now finally received the unit repaired, minus the mount holder bracket clip, which was on there when I sent it (I took photos). Sent in a request for the missing part, quoting the job ID, heard nothing for five days and eventually phoned to chase them up. Apparantley wanted my address. Cross referencing with the the job ID was obviously not an option. Some communication from the company here was extremely sparse, I am not a mind reader. Finally received the missing part and set it up. Clicked on home and it wanted to take me to some place in Wales, I'm from Dorset. I checked the history and it was someone else's. The mainboard obviously came out of a donated cast off, which I can accept but to not erase the previous owner's history is a violation of the data protection act, it even had the home address as well as the full history of where and when.
To sum up, yes they fixed it, comms was abysmal, a complete disregard for other people's data. They may well be competent when it comes to repairs but the sloppiness of the admin side of it did not come across as professional, which did not inspire much confidence when parting with one's hard earned.

Jeep Compass, Satnav glue running behind screen ... screen jumping non stop, Classic...

I phoned from Edinburgh and i got really scared of driving down there and arrive into a middle of nowhere scary garage... or something... "Wrong turn" (movie) style...

BUT NO! gathered my courage, drove all the way, got there in advance, a family business, the guys were absolutly lovely, said it was going to take an hour to replace the screen, actually took 20mins!

It s totally perfect!
Booked over the phone, receive the email for directions.
Got there early, got seen to straight away.
Super fast service.
Super clean.
Super cheap: car dealers (Arnold Clarks) will ask between £1 400 to £2 000 for that....
Very accommodating and friendly.
1y warranty!

What a fabulous service. I sent my water damaged Garmin Edge 1000 and they have not just fixed that problem but also fixed a couple of other issues and the unit is like new!! No hesitation in recommending.

Brilliant service. I found them online, picked my GPS model and wrote down what the problem was and sent it by email. Within 2 hours I had a satisfactory quote and clear instructions as to what to do next. I sent the GPS off and the work was tracked so I could see it's present status. The GPS was back in working order within 4 days. Absolutely Brilliant.

I cracked the glass on my Garmin satnav.
This company quoted £29.99 + £8 return postage.
I sent it on Monday. (2nd class).
They received it on Wednesday and sent invoice by e-mail.
I paid on Wednesday and received the satnav back and repaired on Friday.

Sent my Tomtom in as it wasn't charging properly. I had tried to replace the battery but failed so sent it to this company. Shortly after they received it they said it was finished and they would return it when paid. On receiving it, it's still not holding charge. Checked their website and it supposidly took them four minutes to repair it and fully test it. How?. The worst part is, I've emailed them three times,es asking for advice or a comment but they are ignoring me. Cannot recommend them, £53 wasted.

Sent my Garmin Montana 650t to them for a touchscreen replacement, got it back a day and a half later in perfect working order. Would definitely reccomend this company, super fast turn around time and reasonable cost. Brilliant!

Sent my old tomtom to satnav repairs received it back 2 days later fully working….marvellous service really can’t believe it’s working again after other repairers said it was to old and can’t get spares….when I say old it’s 15 this year…….thank you very much

Dropped my TomTom 6200 and cracked the LCD screen inside - tried to find a replacement to fit myself but couldn't.
Looked online and found this company who could repair my sat nav - sent on Friday came back on Tuesday fully fixed and working properly.
Really good and easy service to use and extremely happy with the end result - I would recommend this company to anyone who has the misfortune of breaking their Sat Nav

Rang and informed them of the problem with my Navman loosing its voice recognition. Was informed can be repaired at reasonable cost + P&P each way. Happily sent off device, got message next morning saying been received and working on. Later further email saying 'job done', invoice received and paid by Debit card. Package collected from them same day & delivered on Bank Hol. Monday. Went for a test drive and it again works perfectly - VERY MANY THANKS FOR SUCH A SPEEDY AND INFORMATIVE JOB, TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE GIVEN - A CREDIT TO EVERYONE INVOLVED.
