Absolute Legends!!!

So I ordered a ceramic grinder a month ago, Just before xmas.
The grinder arrived damaged. (small chip in ceramic coating)
***BUT***

-Heres where it gets good!-

I had contacted customer support during the holiday period, while their business was on break for xmas & new years.
Satinca still managed to reply to my emails, not harrass me for excess information & send me an upgraded larger version of the grinder because the one I had purchased was not longer in stock to replace.
Customer support was incredibly friendly & helpful.

The new ceramic grinder is perfect:
-Nice & even grind
-No chips
-Easy to use
-Cuts well
-Little resistance

I loved the handwritten note and delivery was great. I took 1 star off because the smallest rubber grommet is smaller than the original for the Mighty Medic+. So the draw pipe is a little bit loose now.
