Paid knowing they would be fake Uggs but did not receive. Emailed several times. Why are TikTok allowing these scammers to operate. I’ve been robbed - do not do the same !!!

If I could have put zero stars I would have . Bought UGG type boots when I saw add on tiktok ,of course I knew they wouldn't be genuine at the price but they are truly shocking quality. Worst thing I've ever bought , added to this they have taken forever to arrive . A complete waste of money , do not buy from this company they are scammers.

Bought Ugg micro boots and when I got them they have no ugg label on them, have sent them lots of messages to return these and had no correspondence. I will not be buying from them again!’

Absolutely shocking that this company can advertise false products on TikTok shop. I have emailed 3 times to ask for a returns label as I want my £29 back but no response. Do not buy from these scammers.

Scammers. Selling boots as Uggs, showing Ugg labels and posting false reviews that refer to 'Uggs'. Ordered them expecting them to be good copies, but they weren't even attempting to pretend they were Uggs...no branding, no Ugg labels on the heel or printed on the base. Just cheap brown boots. Absolutely disgusting using real uggs as their product pictures and fake reviews. All over tik tok with fake accounts too. Hope trading standards catch up with these guys soon. Avoid avoid avoid!

Scammers! No email confirmation of my order but took my money! Emailed them through the website and nothing back! Disgusting, fraud!!!!

I wish I had read the comments first, no customer service, no one replying to calls or emails, I placed an order on 1 September and still nothing and no boots received, it said on website 2-3 days delivery. Status still shows as prepping. I would avoid this company at all costs total scam

Horrible, informalidad, no te llega el pedido, un mes esperando y al final no me hacen el reembolso de casi 60 euros.No contestan a los escritos. El hombre que contesta al teléfono no se le entiende lo que habla. Encima consta en mi página como enviado desde hace un mes. Te echan las culpa de no recibir el pedido cuando ni he recibido anuncio de ninguna empresa de reparto, por teléfono me dicen que ha habido también un problema con el reembolso y por eso no lo han hecho y digo yo, que problema? No sabe no contesta. En fin un mes sin los zapatos y sin el dinero. Teniendo que estar detrás de ellos para saber algo porque no dan ninguna explicación. Primera y última vez. No se les ocurra comprar en Sarenza.

Na 1.5 jaar gingen mijn dure Timberlands kapot. Ik heb hiervan foto's en video's gestuurd, maar hier kwam maar heel traag reactie op. Meerdere keren heb ik de wetransfer link opnieuw moeten sturen omdat die telkens verviel tegen dat men deze wou openen. Uiteindelijk viel de communicatie van hun kant volledig weg.

LLEVO 20 DIAS ESPERANDO MI PEDIDO, NO COGEN LAS LLAMADAS, NO CONTESTAN AL CORREO, LOS VOY A DENUNCIAR A CONSUMO

Realicé un pedido y se llevaron 3 días diciendo que me lo iban a entregar pero para mí sorpresa ahora ya dice que el pedido está entregado hace más de una semana. Ni he recibido el pedido, ni me contentan a los emails y no existen teléfonos para poder reclamar. Está claro que ésta página es un timo y se quedan con el dinero

Los pedidos no llegan, no contestan a los correos ni mensajes.

Levo 10 días esperando la compra,con em transporte Paack un horror imposible contactar . Diciendo todo el rato los de Sarenza y Los del transporte que esta en reparto. Consigo un teléfono de Sarenza y me coge un hombre que es incapaz de decir 2 palabras seguidas, me atiende como un robot sin decirme nada. Aún sigo esperando mi envío. Jamás volveré a comprar !! Una vergüenza!!
