What can I say? Tony, Russ and Team are beyond doubt the very best automotive sales, service, and repair team anywhere, and I've been driving cars since 1981!
I am currently driving the third of four Saabs that we've bought from Sarbkar. It's a wonderful car, but no one in their right mind buys a classic convertible unless they are absolutely certain that they have absolutely the best team to look after it.
Would I buy a Saab from anyone else? Definitely not, unless Tiny gave it the once over first. However, they aren't just a great sales team, they are brilliant at all things car related. If it doesn't need a service, they don't do one! The wonderful Jan, will remind you when your MOT is due, check what your millage is and if you need a service, which one. Any work that needs doing, whether it was last week's replacement wing mirror glass (not me gov, it was him indoors), replaced immaculately within three hours of my calling them ..,. But putting a wing mirror glass in doesn't end the service. You're offered a cold drink, Tony then checks your levels and tops up your screen wash, water, and oil......for free!
Seriously. I have always driven classic cars, and I've been in a lot of garages and dealerships over the years. Here I pause to point out that SarbKar also sell very high quality modern cars too, all handled and maintained to the same high standards as they apply to our beloved Saabs. We currently have one each, both bought from Tony and Russ and the team, both kept in full working order by SarbKar, and I have driven mine around most of the UK.

This was the first time I've used Sarbkar and I was very impressed by the friendly and efficient staff. Throughout the process of locating the fault I was kept informed with everything explained and costs itemised. The problem was fixed and my car is now working perfectly. Extremely helpful
In sorting out a situation where my car was deemed of low value for an insurance repair that was not our fault. They managed to do the same work that another bodywork shop wanted to charge almost double and outside our insurance company payout. The quality of work was excellent and a small dummy fog light that was not quite right in the fitting, was replaced with the correct one without any issues. Ironically a Renault Clio has a passenger side dummy fog light. Basically it acts as a reflector and aesthetically more pleasing to see two back fog lights.

Thank you so much to you and your team for taking such great care of my little car. So happy with everything. Best car service in my life. Hands down! 10/10 :) trustworthy, reliable and genuine customer service from people who really care about what they do. And it feels great to support a local independent business. As always the level of service provided by Tony and his mechanics was outstanding, provided me with all relevant information regarding our gold service package and left me totally reassured that all work was carried out with the utmost integrity and professionalism. When my cars have had issues, I can call in and Tony will advise a solution and make a booking and all work will be carried out.
If Tony says the issue needs to be rectified, then , believe me, he will rectify it.
