I had in the past purchased a Powersaver Daily Immersion Timer in B&Q in Glasgow. I live in Ireland. I needed a second one & had difficulty getting one like it & had purchased a different type & found it difficult to adjust.
I found the Powersaver doing an online search & purchased it. Sangamo delivered it promptly at the price quoted - no additional charges for VAT / postage.

I also purchased an automatic radiator bleeder. I fitted it to a radiator which I thought may have been the cause of air entering the heating system. Regretably this did not solve my problem - maybe it needs to be fitted somewhere else. The air builds up in an oil cooker had provides the heating.

Sangamo have a good range of products and I am happy to recommend them for doing business with.

I bought unit for £53 from Sangarmo from their web site shop. When I went back on to their site for technical information the day the item arrived (V QUICK POST V GOOD) the item was on sale for £44.

They were very helpful in pick the best product suited for me. Also, the delivery was quick. Would recommend them.

we looked google because we couldn't fine what we needed for our community centre but as soon as we hit the Sangamo website we found the perfect item, it was ordered and delivered the next day we are really happy with the result and would recommend Sangamo to all our friends and others who deal with community centres

The timer I ordered was good and as advertised.
The delivery however left a lot to be desired. The delivery was to a farm with a farm track of 1 km.
The driver phoned to tell me he would not be delivering to me because I live on a farm track and I would have to meet him on the main road. I had to leave my work and wait on the main road for him to arrive. His attitude when he arrived was truculent to say the least with comments like " only phone you out of the goodness of my heart" and "The next time I just won't deliver and take your parcels back to the depot"
M understanding is that delivery costs are included in your pricing stategy.
In future I would not be able to rely on deliveries from your company and for that reason I will not order from you again.
DPD, Hermes, Royal mail, Asda and Tesco as well as other unmarked delivery contractors deliver to myself and also to a farm 2 km further along the same farm road.

A reliable Time switch .

Order to Sangamo was despatched immediately and arrived here in good condition. Delighted with the shopping experience. Our Church heating is now working well and everyone happy.

Needed a simple room thermostat to control room temperature-without feeling cold before 'switch on' and feeling too hot before 'switch off'. Like similar thermostats I have tried ( mechanical & digital) the "Plus&minus 1degree Swing/Differential" quoted in the spec. seems widely off the mark. Chose the RSTAT 3 because, among other good things, it has a night "set back" switch ( -3degs.) which is a very useful facility to have. Have only had this item for a couple of days so will continue to try experimenting mounting this 'controller' in different places. Am in my late 80's and always had a deep respect for the solid and reliable construction of the electrical/mechanical Sangamo Weston time switches etc.I first encountered in 1942. That was the main reason for choosing 'SANGMO' today.

Communication was clear and timely with delivery very quick.

Goods arrived on time, as described, what more can one say?

We bought the Powersaver 24/7 to replace some less intelligent timers we had on our heating and external lights. Ordering was not complicated, the delivery was quick to arrive and the product is working as designed. So happy customer here in the west of Ireland :-)

I bought a reconditioned timer as a direct replacement for a unit which failed after 40 years continuos use. It is a quality product which gives amazing value for money for the service it provides.

The refurbished timer looked as good as new. It arrived well packed and very soon after ordering it.

If Sangamo were Amazon, I would now be the proud recipient of a timer assembly for my heating time clock. However, they are not and although I have paid and received an invoice then waited six days......, but nothing received. And now they ask me to rate them!

Come on Sangamo - improve. Oh and by the way, where's my purchase?

Got a water got immersion heater timer for this site. Real good communication from sales and v.fast dispatch to Ireland. Would buy here again.
