Sandicliffe was formed on Nottingham Road, Stapleford in 1948, starting out as a small garage and workshop where our founding members, Richard Woodhouse and Henry Barton, worked tireless hours to service and repair the cars of Stapleford. 70+ years later, Sandicliffe has expanded to an award-winning motor group, managed under the same family values as it was in 1948. Since then the company has become one of the East Midlands’ most trusted and recognised brands. The company has now grown to 7 locations across the East Midlands including Nottingham, Leicester, Loughborough and Lincoln. Very happy with my recent new car buying experience at Sandicliffe Nottingham. Really helpful salesman, polite and knowledgeable, friendly to talk to. Answered all my questions. A test drive car was available straight away and the buying process went smoothly and efficiently - really easy. Totally satisfactory experience.

Super speedy service
Wayne Green - body shop manager at Leicester branch! Can’t rate the ease of getting my car fixed after a road traffic accident highly enough. It was super swift, straightforward, hassle free, had a courtesy car dropped off and my car taken away very quick turnaround. Very happy customer!

Suzuki Vitara
Bought a car, via the internet last week…. A Suzuki Vitara( Kr19hcg)
Was told car had full history, no it didnt!! 1 stamp missing in book!
Had to replace front tyre as over 7 years old and was not fit for purpose. (Two different trye brands on same axel as well ) not recommended!!
After driving the car 212 miles home I realized upon inspection there wasn’t even a tyre repair kit in the car!!
So much for their safety checks and inspection. Absolute lairs
Car was serviced, two dust caps left off, screen washer cap is missing nowhere to be seen.
Lots of interior scratches and stone chips that were not disclosed when purchasing,
So far I’ve bought a new tyre, dust caps and a water filler cap! Car was supposed up together and have checks to avoid these petty things!
So £170 out of pocket, no full service history (no reduction in price to cover this) and no response to emails or text.
Not happy
Stay clear.

Dashcam fiddlers
Loughborough Mazda Servicing
Took my partner's car in for servicing a couple of weeks ago, and we've only just discovered that the mechanics disabled her dashcam without telling us. It's been off ever since, not recording anything for weeks! They didn't leave the car in the same condition it arrived in, and no one bothered to mention this change. If she'd been involved in a road traffic collision that wasn't her fault during that time, we'd have zero dashcam evidence to prove it – that could have been a seriously costly mistake for us.
Absolutely unacceptable lack of communication and professionalism. We won't be using this garage again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
