Expensive product and rubbish aftersales
Needed change of opticians so went here on recommendation but wish I hadnt bothered. Eye test and optician staff OK but after sales and issue rectification is rubbish. Inflexible bookings and appointments, only needed a slight adjustment which would have taken seconds but needed an appointment. Nothing while I waited or if just popped back. Nothing same day and nothing for a week. Only offered 0900 and 1400 and nothing in between which was not suitable. Got partner to call in and met with same awkward situation. Always a sale on lenses or frames to lure you in which tells you they are expensive and then will not follow up any defect in a sensible timescale or by being pleasant. Have taken my business elsewhere due to rubbish after sales. Definitely NOT recommended.
