Love it!
Love it! We received our sandelier about a month ago, and are still enjoying it even now. We chose the amethyst 12” which is the perfect size for our display bookshelf. It took a few tries to figure out how to use it effectively, but the joy is in the difference in pattern every time we flip it over even if it flows faster or slower.
The website was easy to navigate and looked very inviting! Our product took about 30 days to arrive to Australia, however this was understandable due to overseas shipping and the current post situation where everything is delayed. Overall, I would recommend!

I first saw a SANDELIER ad on Instagram. I was definitely intrigued. I ordered a 16’ round to mount on my wall. The instructions I received was easy to install and very well made. It’s so mesmerizing that I love it so much that I want to purchase another one! I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends. This is a perfect present for a birthday or the holidays.

Beyond expectations.
I doubt my words will come close to expressing my extreme satisfaction buying from and communicating with Megan and the Sandelier family. Not only is this the most fantastic addition to my new “corner office with a view” but the customer service I received is beyond stellar! I had an issue with a damaged delivery and fired off an email late at night thinking I’d have a response in the morning. But no…. I received an immediate and personal response from Megan giving me information and instructions to help me resolve my issue. Not only that, follow through AND follow up was very timely.
To clarify, the Sandelier is packaged very well and you should not expect to receive a damaged item. I suspect my package was used as a soccer ball for goal practice considering I retrieved it from my front yard rather than my porch.
I had been looking for a “gazing glass” and decided on Sandelier slightly because I kept seeing advertisement, but mainly because in comparison to others it uses glass not plexiglass. It appears that others claim to be made of glass (which provides clarity to detail) but it turns out to be a well disguised plastic product.
I am so thrilled with this Sandelier and will be purchasing two more as gifts for the holidays!
