I was very pleased with the quality of work that I received from Same Day Transcriptions. I am a doctoral candidate and needed to have my interviews transcribed for my dissertation. I found the employees to be quite friendly and accommodating as I needed a Letter of Confidentiality for the IRB process prior to even using their service. I received each of my interview transcriptions within 24 hours of me uploading the audio file (some I received within 4 hours). The transcriptions were very accurate, and the few areas that could not be transcribed due to poor audio quality were noted with the time stamp. I not only will be using this company again for my future transcription needs, but have also recommended their services to other doctoral candidates at my university.

Unreliable service and very poor (rude!) customer service. I submitted a file, the company was late, I called to ask and the answer I got was that "they were busy." A few days after I came across an email from the CEO soliciting customers promising: "If we ever deliver late on your regularly scheduled transcription, it's FREE." I called back to ask how come I had to pay when company policy is that late reports are with no charge? I was told by the customer service rep that she is not sure what email I was referring to or that such an email even exists (!!), that it isn't mentioned on the website, and that they get busy sometimes. I talked to the CEO (which responded to my email fast and I give him credit for that). However he told me multiple times not to "lecture him," didn't see any reason to be kind after I told him that I was not going to stay as a costumer, and after a grand total of 10 minutes he hang up on me mid sentence (something I didn't know adults do). He did offer me a refund, which I am expecting. Shame it took to talk to the CEO to get to that point. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work with them - there are other companies out there and that is kind of behavior that shouldn't be rewarded. They are also expensive, which I mistakenly thought would mean impeccable service. The truth is the opposite. Also, you all see the irony that this happened with a company called Same Day Transcriptions right ? Last thing, their website is terrible and there is no way to find the link to upload files on it. No reason to use them.

Submitted recording . Had to resubmit. Confused voices and two people speaking. Corrected but many open gaps in the conversations. Not accurate and Not reliable

Same Day Transcription is the best service I've found and I've used others. They are very reliable and timely. Their customer support on email and phone is great when I had questions or made a mistake and wanted files deleted or reprioritized. Their transcribers are awesome.

My company had a last minute need for something to be transcribed. I called and spoke with Kay Darrow, the Production Manager. She clearly walked me through the easy process of getting started. When I had follow-up questions, she was extremely responsive. I received the transcription document in a very short turnaround time frame. I won't hesitate to reach out to SDT again if we require transcription services in the future.

I've worked with different transcription companies but Same Day Transcriptions is the absolute best. I got the format that I wanted and everything is perfect. Will do more business with them in the future!

In working with companies I found Same Day Transcripts to be incredibly accurate. They were accurate in the document they prepared. They were accurate on a timeline. They were accurate returning every email on in a timely. I plan on using them again. My company could not have been more pleased. They exceeded all expectations.

I'm in the midst of several big projects that require me to interview multiple people and then produce a report, in one case, and a news feature in the second case. Same Day Transcriptions has delivered well before the deadlines I've asked for and delivered high quality, accurate work. I couldn't be more pleased with their performance.

I tried other services, and while they were a little less expensive, the transcriptions were terrible - as if they were in a different language. Same Day Transcriptions delivers excellent transcriptions at a reasonable price, and they provide excellent customer service. You get what you pay for. I will continue to use them for all transcription work, and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

They are always available and ready to roll. Same Day allows customization of our transcriptions and can do 24 hour turnaround. I have shopped around and not only are they very competitive on cost, but the accuracy is phenomenal.

I needed some lengthy voice mail messages transcribed. Fortunately our voice mail system records them as MP3s. I tried Same Day Transcriptions for the first time, and send the MP3s by Email. I got them back the next day and was very satisfied with the accuracy and the turnaround time. The transcriber put them into a Word document where I wanted the transcriptions to go.
I will use Same Day Transcriptions again.

I landed upon SameDayTranscriptions after trying some other services that were very inflexible to my workflow, resulting in prices higher than they should be. Same Day Transcriptions was willing to work with my unique workflow. I've been using them for several years now and I couldn't be happier.

Overall their service is ok, I and I do get most work back in 24 hours. On smaller files I'm surprised it does still take 24 hours turn around. Kay is usually helpful, not much interaction with any one else there. So I can only comment on her help. I would recommend them, but would love to see even faster turn around when possible. Sometimes I have problems on the site uploading files, but they have another option available and that usually works, it doesn't happen all the time. I looked into this service 9 years ago for my company to get away from the old way of sending it manually and waiting a week or more for a actual typed copy from a local service. Sdt isn't local and it doesn't need to be to get the work done for us. Ive been pleased with their service so I haven't researched in all this time, if there are companies who can produce transcripts faster. With technology the way it is, I'm sure there probably are.

I use Same Day Transcriptions and highly recommend them. They transcribe complex interviews on financial topics in a timely and accurate manner.
