Sales & Orders worked very hard to make sure our paid ads were profitable and our feed was alway live. They helped us go from an avg ROAS of 2 to a 8 within 3 months using Google, Bing & Facebook. Along with that they assisted us with a lot of product disapprovals. Highly recommend using their Managed Services.

We used Sales and Orders to run google ads campaigns for two websites. Big big mistake. They are a very unprofessional company. Even after you cancel the service, they will keep charging your card. In a particular month they spent 10 X more than the budget we had allocated to them for google shopping with no results. There are many better options in the market. Avoid these guys at all cost.

Avoid them.

- they were an option for a file feed service with bigcommerce with the tagline 'FREE FOREVER' on the basic package.
- Two months later... well I guess sometimes 2 months can feel like forever, I am charged for a basic file feed service, guess it's not free anymore?
- Three months later. Oh, you want to submit your feed elsewhere? More money!
- Ah you spend more on google ads this month? MORE MONEY
- Ah you spent less than $500 on google ads this month? WE WILL CHARGE YOU ANYWAY!!!
- Oh you want to connect to Pinterest? Yes, sure... it takes a few weeks... and more money please.
-What? Your pinterest feed isn't working? I don't know? It should be?
- Oh you are still having problems 2 months later? Reset all your product ID's, delete and re-import your products. YOUR ORGANIC TRAFFIC?? NOOOO, SHOULD BE FINE
- Well we can't get the extra feeds working... you must be doing something wrong.

Well I left them, set up another file feed service and everything went through, was verified and working within 2 hours. I was shocked and thought, actually? I should leave a review.

Never allow a third-party app to tell you to delete anything from your original pages, ID, URLs etc. as this will affect organic traffic. Thank god I didn't follow their instruction.

Terrible. Continually underperform targeted / needed breakeven ROAS. They did check-in call once a month and then just stopped. My campaigns have never performed so poorly...ever.
I came from Logical Position to go with S&O and I wish I never left.
TLDR: Use as feed tool if you wish but don't let them run your ads

Unfortunately, despite my high hopes for S&O, it was a complete, total and utter failure for my business. 100% waste of money. My Google Ads performed infinitely WORSE after implementing their campaigns for nearly a month. I ended up reactivating my old campaigns.

Nicki has been great to work with in building our Google and Facebook Ad campaigns. Extremely knowledgeable, attentive to our business needs and has been a positive influence to our e-commerce success.

Paul Alla sends an obscene amount of cold emails and doesn't stop even if he doesn't get a reply. SPAM SPAM SPAM!

Never contact support even send to the official email. I can't receive any email back. That's terrible support ever.

I have experienced many feed platform however the Sales & Order can not feed the product to Microsoft Merchant Center at the first time. It need to take several days or even longer to feed the product. That's so terrible to cost you around 20$ for 100k products.
