Was so easy to register and choose the correct insurance

Easy to buy but expensive as I have cancer ( not terminal. ! )

This is the second time I’ve used Sainsbury’s Travel Insurance. It was easy to organise and a good price. Fortunately I haven’t needed to make a claim so I can’t comment further

I had a problem setting up. Lady called Catherine on the Call Centre Line was more than helpful and I was able to complete the transaction very easily. Cancelled my existing Insurance Provider as Sainsbury's 10K Lifetime Cover was far better for a lower monthly premium👍

Very reasonably priced, very friendly and extremely good at checking that everything was going to plan , before, during and after our holiday.
I would strongly recommend 👍

Wish I could give zero stars! Holiday was cancelled due to storms in location where I was travelling as a result of storms (red alert). I had contacted Sainsbury's and no reply. Instead I'm getting bots saying we hope you had a good trip?

Very clear easy to use application system setting out clearly the benefits and costs involved, and very good prices too.

I was unable to register my details to get my on line travel insurance.before I travelled I rang up to see if I could have postal documents. and was told Sainsburys Travel do not do this service anymore.
I had an accident in the time I was away fortunately only the EHIC card was needed. Had I needed insurance I would have been stuck as I couldn’t access it!
I would not use Sainsburys travel insurance again.

I have multi trip global travel insurance at significant cost. I called to check I was covered for Antarctica and particularly extraction though because of changed risk realised I may have an extra premium to pay. I was shocked to find this trip was not covered at all and I had to take out a completely new policy. Needless to say I won’t be renewing my annual multi trip policy with these typical insurance charlatans.

Got pet insurance with Sainsbury’s for the 45 points. Still waiting after 2 monthly payment, still no points sent to my nectar card!

Travel Card.

Its useful, but the tap to pay doesn't work at all, in places like NYC a lot of places are tap only - No option to enter pin, which stuffed us up a few times.

Complaints Team just say "We've now resolved your complaint so this complaint is now closed"

So it's a hassle to have to keep reopening it as irrelevant of their ability to keep closing it, there is still an issue

1st time using, claim was easy and paid very quickly. Made a stressful situation much easier. Would recommend

A great experience set up my dogs insurance in a matter of minutes everything is catered for
highly recommend it

Thank goodness I did’nt need to claim,but was assured the cover was there if needed.
